達西飯店(Hotel Darcet)

정말 친절하고 아기자기한 숙소예요! 역 근처라서 이동하기도 쉽고 호텔 근처에 식당, 마트 등 편의시설도 많이 있어서 좋았습니다^.^

Réceptionnistes non professionnels et maîtrisant peu le français. Ne savait plus où il avait mis la clé de la chambre. N'avait pas l'information selon laquelle j'avais réservé et payé d'avance 2 nuits. M'a fait la visite complète de la chambre, me montrant comment on ouvrait et refermait le robinet du radiateur, la douche, les lumières... À part ça, la petite chambre était très propre et le lit très confortable. Pas de possibilité de petit-déjeuner mais une bonne boulangerie juste en face.

O quarto era confortável. Tudo muito limpo. A rua do hotel é próxima a pontos de ônibus e metrô, farmácia, supermercados, padarias e restaurantes. A rua principal é movimentada, e chegava ao hotel por volta das 22h com bastante gente na rua.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for a girls trip and the man who worked at the front desk treated us disrespectfully and was extremely hostile. There was a part of the stay where we felt very unsafe and worried about our stay there. On one night we had gone out, we returned around 9:30 pm to find the front lobby doors were closed shut with no way for us to enter. Admittedly, this was our first time in France and we did not know if this was customary or not. We panicked and began knocking on the doors repeatedly and calling out, for fear of being locked out all night. This mentioned man came and yelled at us, “I heard you the first time” and was very hostile towards us. This same man interrupted our breakfast the next morning when one of us was on the phone and told us to hang up because “he was trying to work.” I have NEVER been to a hotel in a European or Asian country that I’ve stayed at where they tell you this in such a rude and disrespectful manner. Less than 5 minutes later, the wifi was turned off and the call disconnected. We payed our money to use this wifi and it was purposely disconnected. This man approached us in a threatening manner that no hotel attendant should ever do to a guest. If I could, I’d get a refund for this place. I would never recommend for anyone to stay at this hotel.

Un agent d'accueil qui n'a pas le sens de l'accueil.... Sous prétexte d'être arrivés après l'heure indiquée (je ne savais pas que nous étions en garderie), j'ai terminé dans la chambre rez de chaussé, entre la laverie et la cuisine. Un régal de bruits et canalisations, d'évier et de machines en tout genre. Une salle de bain des années 80... Le tout pour 250 euros. Une honte

Super aardig mensen! Er was zelfs gratis koffie en thee. Overal super dichtbij. Alle bezienswaardigheden waren super dichtbij en de metro was bijna voor de deur. Super hotel, echt een aanrader!
