We stayed at the Lutetia 20 years ago for my birthday and returned this year for it as well. We had a crazy time getting here because we drove over 12 hours and arrived in the middle of the night and were exhausted. Waiting for us in the same room we stayed in 20 years ago, was champagne, balloons, a cake and other treats. They even wrote a birthday message on the mirror in the bathroom. We were overwhelmed by the graciousness of the staff! And the room! View of the Eiffel Tower, wonderful amenities, a bed we could sink into and delicious room service. We will not wait 20 years to come back. This is now the only hotel we will stay in, in Paris. Worth every penny. Thank you, Lutetia, for the wonderful stay!

Best hotel! Made for a perfect home base for our mom daughter trip! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Every time we walked into the hotel we felt at home. Sanjay was incredible! He made us feel like we were the most special guests at the hotel and we know he made everyone feel that way! He was always checking in to see if we needed anything and see how we were doing. I contacted him a month or 2 prior to our stay and he made wonderful suggestions! He made us reservations for dinners- each one more delicious than the other and helped us secure tickets during our trip within minutes of asking! The airline lost our luggage and he worked diligently to help us get it back the next day. The hotel is truly lovely, decorated beautifully, comfortable and clean! We really enjoyed getting into bed after full days on our feet! Location was perfect too! When we return to Paris we will 100% stay here again and recommend it to our family and friends. Thank you for a great vacation! Can’t wait to return!

酒店位置特別好，步行幾分鐘就可以到巴黎聖母院，交通也很方便，地鐵四號線直達火車站，還有RERB也可以到火車站，衹是我沒有坐過，房間衛生很乾凈，麪積雖小但設施齊全，稍顯次一點的是早餐不太豐盛，這個酒店是我到巴黎會再次選擇的酒店。

Awful place. Rooms are small and dirty. The air ventilation in the bathroom doesn’t work. There isn’t a fire alarm in the rooms. The second night we were locked outside the hotel for about 10 minutes. Nobody came to open. It is terrible! This is not a 4 stars hotel, it’s barely a 3 stars. Please don’t go to this terrible hotel.

非常好的便捷酒店，吃飯購物坐火車地鐵還是機場大巴直達的，都是5分鐘走路的範圍位置極佳。真是超乎想象的方便。如果不是非要住星級酒店的標準，這樣的位置和住宿條件性價比超高。旁邊有中餐館，老佛爺百貨的蒙帕納店，方便的火車站地鐵站，太棒了！老闆很好，還送了我兩個埃佛爾鐵塔的鑰匙扣。非常好👍

Very clean, nicely renovated room. Even a towel warmer in the bathroom. Blackout blinds on the window, remote controlled on the headboard of the bed. Very friendly, helpful, professional staff. Great location. 40 min walk to Eiffle Tower, Luxembourg Gardens nearby. Restaurants/cafes everywhere you look. Market right beside with fresh pastries, bread, fruit, wine. Would definitely stay there again.
