It is a bad hotel with bad service and in accurate website. Never stay in this hitel

This hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. The tiles in the bathroom were miss matched and screwed into the wall. The showerhead had a ton of gunk around the jets. The curtains were ripped to shreds. The tv had horizontal lines across the screen. The fridge leaked. There was hair all over the bathroom and the seat of the toilet looked dirty. It was very noisy. The only plus was the sheets and towels were clean.

I stay at hotels quite often and this place was NASTY!!! There was so much mildew in the bathroom shower i would call the caulk black not white. Had no hot water for a shower. They offeeed me another room at 11:30 at night. No refund for my inconvenience!!! They had a breakfast buffet, but you couldn't pay me to eat the food. There was a rat trap on the floor betwwen the buffet table and the trash bin. The only thing positive was the price.

The first thing is i reserved a king size bed and was put in a double queen bed. When we went to put our food and drinks in the fridge there was mold on the door and in the shelves possibly in the bathroom. There was a weird smell in the whole building. Smelled like pot or chemicals. The walls were so thin that we could hear everything all around us. If some closed their door it like shook the whole room. When i took a shower the tub was very slippery as if there was a film or something on it. All in all i will not ever stay at this place again. Not worth the price we paid.

Not scary but nothing to write home about. In general the hotel is showing a lot of deferred maintenance signs. The mattress in our room number 521 sagged terribly. It was a bit of mildew in the shower stall. The room was clean but a little worn down. The staff at the check-in desk was completely behind plexiglass presumably a remnant of covid? This made it very difficult to hear and somewhat uninviting as you arrived. The lobby was clean and presentable. Hallways were a little uninviting. Location is quite convenient however.

The property was recommended by a friend and on the first night I was okay. I was actually placed in a first-floor suite with one king bed. On the second stay, I was placed on another side which did not appear as clean as the side I was on the first day. Throughout the night I was itching severely but assumed that it was due to the cold and my skin being dry. The next day I was itching again but it was like a burning itching that it was so uncomfortable to sleep. I woke up praying that what I assumed it may be but yes BED BUGS. I killed one and took a picture of the other one I could not catch and took it to the front desk to ask for my money back or some money back and relocation or even assistance to wash my clothes. The front desk attendee was nasty and even accused me of bringing them into the hotel. Now I might not have been so upset if they were not accusatory. But to say I bring them in and not to compensate for any inconvenience is terrible

The room smelled of chemicals when we arrived, and the front desk was very disinterested in anything I had to say and inattentive; I had to give my name three times after handing over my ID and card to even get the proper paperwork for the booking. The bed was also very thin and lumpy and uncomfortable.
