我住二晚，第二天整天沒有人打掃衞生，等我晚上回到房間我非常吃驚，前台説打掃房間要提前要求，否則不打掃房間，且打掃衞生的人下午五點下班！但是周這奇葩規定在入住期間沒有任何人和我説過！幾十年旅行第一回碰到！無語！

햄튼 인 파라무스 호텔은 맨해튼에서 30분거리에 위치해있습니다. 여행 수요가 많은 주말에 뉴욕 도심보다 훨씬 합리적인 가격에 비교적 신축 호텔을 이용할 수 있어서 가족 모두 만족했습니다.

Horrible experience at this Hotel. I was a loyal Hampton Inn fan up till this moment. Will never set foot again here and advise everybody to stay away.Every staff member was great except the check in clerk named Jay. He was rude, insulting and had a nasty attitude. He tried to belittle me from the moment I reached the desk for check in.
I have no idea why he was hostile towards me and my group.
Maybe it was my skin color or because of my race. We were 2 families on 1 reservation and he purposely split us on separate floors at opposite ends telling me that "buddy the hotel is full and that these are the only 2 rooms that are available.
I didn't argue or complain about being split as a group because I understood that maybe the hotel is full as it was a long weekend.
After this horrible check in experience we went to our room. On entering the room we noticed the entrance floor was very sticky. As I paced my bags on the table I noticed the top and the front was sticky with drip marks. The table was gross. As I moved forward towards the TV I noticed the carpet was wet.
As the room was really disgusting I right away called the front desk and informed them of the situation. Jay answered the phone and told me very curtly that "I don't have any other vacant room available" and I don't have any options.
It was late night and i chose to stay instead of looking for another hotel. Very bad experience. Will never go back.

Good breakfast, comfortable beds. Use of the pool was good. It isn’t a huge pool because it’s indoors but to prevent overcrowding, they require reservations. Seems odd but it is a good, realistic idea so you can enjoy it.
