We came here in May before half term week for 10 nights, we got a taxi to the hotel and I'm glad we did as I think we would have been last drop off. The check in was fabulous, we were welcomed with prosecco and our bags were taken to our room. I received a phone call from the manager to check that everything was OK which was a nice touch. The room was so bright and clean, spacious, the bed was huge, and so comfortable. The shower was lovely and powerful and the lighting in the room is special with all the different options and the twinkly lights behind the mirrors. The view over the pool and the sea was absolutely stunning! It is well worth paying extra for a superior sea view room. We had all inclusive and that was perfect, we didn't need the all inclusive plus but was never offered it by TUI anyway. The food was yummy at all meals, there was only the breakfast that I struggled a bit but my partner was fine. I have never tasted food or deserts like that in an all inclusive hotel before, it really is something the hotel should be very proud of. The day we arrived we were hungry and we had a burger at the pool bar, we were amazed at the quality, proper burgers with brioche rolls and salad with burger sauce on and chips, really yummy! However, sadly, the quality of these went seriously downhill once the hotel became really busy and I couldn't eat it. The staff in most areas were excellent and very friendly, they can't do enough for you in the restaurant. The staff on the front desk were abrupt and quite rude but we didn't need to talk to them very often. The hotel is situated right on the coastal path at the end, there are building works going on as they are building a new marina and sea wall which I'm sure will be a great addition to the area when it's done, it can be quite noisy in the gardens by the beach but it wont ruin your holiday. The coastal path is a lovely walk with some nice eateries and amazing views. The bar downstairs with the colourful cushions wasn't open when we were here, which I was a bit gutted about, but it's opened since and I think would be a great place to sit and have drinks in the evening. The entertainment is delivered inside the hotel in a big function room which is a clever idea as you can either go and watch or stay outside and listen to the music that is on offer there. The UB40 singer was really good and we got up and had a dance, would have been good to see the entertainment team getting up too rather than just sitting there watching from the front. I would come back to this hotel in a heartbeat but definitely out of school holidays as when half term arrived with all the parents and children it got very very busy and it really did impact on the efficiency of the staff. The queue for drinks became challenging, the place wasn't as clean and even the towels ran out for the pool. I think the hotel may need to consider this and try to increase staffing but this is difficult to do. I loved this holiday and would defin
