四季還是沒得說的讓我滿意，牀品很舒服，整體環境很好，服務態度也很好，一天有兩次客房服務，一層有做spa和美甲的地方，停車可以選擇讓他人代泊（valet parking，30多刀一晚），也可以停到曼德勒海灣酒店（免費）。酒店沒到21歲也可以住，這次是聖誕節去的，還有聖誕樹和聖誕老人！和曼德勒海灣酒店在同一棟樓，37層以下是曼德勒酒店，37層以上是四季，有單獨的入口和電梯，可以使用曼德勒酒店的所有設施，也可以去曼德勒酒店的**玩。整體有一種鬧中取靜的感覺，在拉斯維加斯這種紙醉金迷的城市還能有安靜清新的住處。酒店位置不在拉斯維加斯大道上，沒有自己開車的人需要打車，但是拉斯維加斯真的很小，酒店到機場衹要十幾分鐘，到中國城和拉斯維加斯大道也是十幾分鐘。拉斯維加斯的酒店大多數都要額外收一個度假費（resort fee）大概三十多刀一天，除了一些快捷酒店，基本上所有**酒店和豪華酒店都要收的。整體上這次住宿體驗真的超棒！

沒有早餐，但是房間非常大，廚具齊全。離百麗宮噴泉也近，如果不去**，非常推薦。停車衹能valet，理論上要給小費。

我們以前住在威基基的希爾頓大度假俱樂部度假酒店,我們期待着我們在拉斯維加斯的 HYVC 火烈鳥停留,但非常失望。貝爾的工作人員忽視了我們的到來,然後就消失了,讓我們拖着3個沉重的行李箱沿着一條長長的走廊拖到我們的第一(地面)樓層的房間。我們到達時,從游泳池窗口看到的景色很美,但第二天早上10點開始隔壁火烈鳥度假村的噪音一直持續到下午6點。一週來持續的低音噪音,每天8小時,非常令人不快。有些日子我們離開房間,但另一些日子我們想要安靜的一天,但發現噪音太糟糕了,我們不敢在外面使用游泳池。這可能是我們年齡的標誌(我們70多歲),但是我們的假期被噪音破壞了。在我們住宿結束前不久,我們測試了Covid-19的陽性。我們建議前台和經理會很好地照顧我們。我們想在隔離期的剩餘時間裏呆上一段時間,但被告知他們在接下來的一週內已經訂滿了。我覺得奇怪的是,至少有一套公寓沒有被保留在緊急情況下。幸運的是,通過我們自己的搜索,我們找到了替代的住所。

After a fourteen hour flight we decided that picking up the hire car upon landing in Vegas was not a good idea. We decided to book the McCarran Inn which is close by the Airport. Upon arrival at the airport at first being sent the wrong way by airport staff we eventually got the right place and was able to pick up the Hotel Shuttle Bus. I have to say the room was very nice and very clean. It was peaceful and the breakfast the next morning was good. We left refreshed not tired out and the shuttle bus took us direct to the Car Rental on Gillespie Road. We thought that was very good by the Hotel. So if you are tired and want to get a good nights sleep before your adventures. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff of the Hotel were very friendly and that tips my star rating to five

Where to begin... I'm going to say first that the staff is great. Honestly great. They felt badly that my stay was awful. Now.... Hotel claims to have a gym....well they had a room they 'called' a gym. Contained 2 treadmills that were suspect and an odd number of dumbbells that had singles at several categories and none at all between 20lbs and 50lbs. In a word: terrible and unusable Elevator was broken for 2 days. All room doors don't fit in the jams and rattle every single time there is a pressure change (any door opened) so bring ear plugs. Still on the topic of doors, the auto-close on EVERY door is set to SLAM. So, those ear plugs? You're going to need thicker ones. Breakfast was surprisingly good. No complaints. Simple but decent. No happy hour to make up for any of the above. The closet door in my room had been torn off the hinges and never replaced. TVs are big and internet connected so there's that. Don't stay here unless all you care about is nice staff.

新酒店，設施新，早餐算質量高的，數量不多，有自製酸奶。房間很隔音安靜。可惜定的套房沒有洗衣機。離大道其實就一點距離，可以衹能坐車去，走路肯定不方便。有巴士，免費的，不過一般要給小費。一人一刀。總體推薦

酒店服務非常好，有免費的shuttle bus，接送範圍包括機場、strip大街、南奧特萊斯和town square（南奧萊附近的一個購物中心），每隔一小時發車一次，非常方便。

酒店到機場很方便（大約15分鐘）。房間很乾凈，布置得很好。早餐吧很乾凈，有很好的選擇項目。 當我們詢問是否有提早入住的服務時，前台工作人員很友好且樂於助人。航天飛機司機也高於平均水平。我們特別想為雅克（Jacque）做一個“做得好”的大事，雅克在周日早上將我們送往機場。她很風度翩翩，讓我們笑了大部分。當她告訴我們要為她的孩子（狗）參加“ Chucky Cheese”派對時，我們知道她很特別！絕對是此資產的資產。

We stayed at residence inn next door but went over to courtyard for a late nite bite to eat and a few drinks. Justin was fantastic with making us feel welcomed and a few jokes and I had the grilled cheese and tomato soup and it was the best grilled cheese I’ve ever had. Also the lady at the bar was the most cheerful person ever. Her holiday spirit was amazing. Even Jesus who greeted us when we walked in was super polite and helpful. I would definitely stay at this property again. Thanks again to those staff members who even though we weren’t staying in property still made us feel like on if the family.
