My family and I absolutely loved our stay at the brand new Sofitel in Casco Viejo! The service was impeccable all around. We were in love with all the mixed culture details of France and Panama and look forward on coming back!

Incredible attention to detail. Magical place steeped in history yet brand new. I don't think any discerning traveler will find a flaw. A lot of personal attention if you desire it. Welcoming of children. Concierge gives a history tour of the hotel. Bars, restaurants, nightclubs all walking distance.

Excelente Hotel , muito bem localizado em Casco Viejo , apartamento super confortável, piscina agradabilíssima e ótimo restaurante . Cafe da manhã muito bom e atendimento em todo hotel excelente . Concierge tb funciona muito bem . Super recomendo e tarifas tb que valem a pena .

We stayed 3 nights there and had an amazing stay. The staff and amenities are fantastic and go out of their way to make sure everything is as you wish. We only tried the restaurant once for lunch and it was very good as there are so many places to dine outside the hotels. We will definitely go there again on our next trip to Panama 🇵🇦

My wife and I had an incredible experience. The hotel is coming right out of a James Bond movie. Classy, service was 10/10, right in the heart of the old town. This is next level hotel experience. We’ve now set the bar very high as it will be difficult to find better on our future trips.

From the moment you pull up outside the property youre greated with smiles and professionalism. Front desk, pool and general service is amazing. Room was beautiful and i had a gorgeous view of the skyline. Minutes away from many great restaurants

No mames no sé persona de dejar una encuesta pero este Del estaba tan increíble que tuve que hacerlo. Los puntos más importantes es que el hotel está en una localización perfecta, él está es muy amable y atento. La limpieza del hotel en general es excelente, el buffet Exquisito, yo diría que este está entre uno de los mejores hoteles que me he hospedado.
