We stayed at this hotel as a treat to ourselves since we had been staying in a Airbnb previously that week. We should’ve stayed at the Airbnb. The service here was awful.
I needed to do an early check in and attempted to call the hotel to ask if this was okay. No one answered the phone. Since no one answered the phone, I arrived in person. There was no one at the front desk and an employee that happened to be around told me to come back in an hour. When I finally got into the room, there was 1 hand towel, a mini bottle of lotion and 1 mini shampoo for 2 people for 3 days. I had to go to the front desk and ask multiple times for towels. Also, I discovered later that night there was no hair dryer provided and for reasons unknown they couldn’t provide my room one.
The front desk was noticeably unfriendly and never said hello, goodbye or asked me about my stay. It frankly felt like I was bothering them by asking for the basic amenities that come with a hotel room. My key card was even deactivated about an hour before check out without an explanation. We checked out on time but the cards no longer working made taking bags to the car annoying.
The room itself was fine. There was a substantial crack in the sink that made it leak but the jacuzzi tub was very nice.
