My stay at the Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon in Goa was an exceptional experience that far exceeded my expectations. The room I was allocated was not only comfortable but also boasted a very spacious bathroom, enhancing the overall comfort and luxury of my stay. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, with the swimming pool being a particular highlight due to its inviting a**osphere and pristine condition. The culinary experience at the Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon was equally impressive. The wide range of breakfast options available each morning was a delightful way to start the day, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. The quality of food served in the restaurant was excellent, with each dish reflecting the high culinary standards of the hotel. One of the most serene and enjoyable aspects of my stay was the calm private beach accessible to hotel guests. It offered a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, allowing for moments of tranquility and relaxation amidst the natural beauty of Goa. .

Замечательный отель в центральном Гоа. Состоит из 2х отелей. Сам этот отель на горе и пляжный отель. Между ними ходит шатл такси. Завтрак на 90% индийский. Это тяжело. Будьте готовы. Рестораны хорошие в обоих отелях. В меню есть и не индийские блюда. Если приехали на короткий отдых то смысла из отеля выходить нет.

Beautiful service. Always there when we needed anything. Food was amazing. Staff were all friendly. 

I loved this hotel as it’s a beach property they have given me the beach view room . The staff was very humble and friendly, I loved the food which they specially prepared for me as I am having certain allergies.

Top quality rooms and lobby but not a lot of choice of restaurants and almost no where to walk to which we missed especially in the morning. The pools at horizon were a little soleless so we used heritage which is part of sane complex. Make sure you ask fir a room without a connecting door, we did have noise from next door.

Amazing views, food, service, facilities. Doesn’t get any better than this. Hotel was very clean. Superb service. Everyone friendly and seeking to help. I will return!

Exceptional customer service by very friendly staff. Quality of food superlative. They served fresh and very tasty food every time. Ocean view from terrace is unique.

Taj was very clean and the staff were exceptional. Always smiling ane very curtious.Special mention to Pavithra, Muscan, Dinesh, swapnil, christian. Eshwar at the gym was very helpful.

Definitely not a 5-star experience! The service staff was certainly not 5-star quality; they seemed overwhelmed, chaotic, and non-attentive, even rude at times. We had to ask/remind them several times to get food/coffee. Some waiters even completely ignored me. The same issue occurred at the pool – a waiter promised to take our order but never did. We had to chase after him. Room service was acceptable. But the worst part was that we got food poisoning on our last evening! We ate at their restaurant, no outside food, and both my partner and I fell very ill. They apologized and promised to check the kitchen, but that didn’t help us. They took the in-room dining off our bill, but $150 can’t co****sate for our health and the four days we lost.
