The property is located in fontsinhas, panjim and is a good place to stay. The services are good and the staff is amicable. Only the size of the rooms is small and tv doesn't have active channels. Apart from that everything was good.

Prime location in famous fountain-has lat-in quarter, offers old world feeling, helpful & courteous staff, decent room size and amenities. However, food is good but little expensive. Also, room tariff is on a higher side but considering heritage nature and proximity to tourist attractions, justified. Overall, a good experience.

Perfect location. Close to Panjim city, restaurants and ******s. Hotel is very nice. Great breakfast buffet and nice pool and gym. Staff are very professional but need to mention the great service provided by front office staff who works the night shift. Deevanshu might be his name. Appreciate the high level of service and assistance he provided.

Location, comfort and visual appeal are united in this hotel. It actually feels like a real heritage place thanks to the tasteful way in which it is decorated and run. We stayed in a deluxe room, which felt worth the extra cost thanks to the beautiful furniture and the balcony. Breakfast was tasty and the waiters exceptional friendly (as was the staff in general. Lovely atmosphere and soul - this is the kind of place i prefer to ”splurge” on when travelling.

The wide range of breakfast options available each morning was a delightful way to start the day, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. The quality of food served in the restaurant was excellent, with each dish reflecting the high culinary standards of the hotel. One of the most serene and enjoyable aspects of my stay was the calm private beach accessible to hotel guests. It offered a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, allowing for moments of tranquility and relaxation amidst the natural beauty of Goa. .
