北門貝斯特韋斯特飯店(Best Western Northgate Inn)

The room was okay for a night. I wish I would've looked at pictures and reviews. Outdated room and a bit ugly. Ceiling had water leak damages and the restroom door was all messed up. Location outside was the same. Mainly just workers staying in the area so if you want to be up by 430am amd hear noise till check out go ahead and stay there lol 😂. I didn't necessarily feel unsafe though.

Good value for accommodation

This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever encountered if with a hotel it was absolutely horrible. The water in the bathtub would not drain while showered. I had to call the front desk to get some come turn on the water so I could shower, there was water stains on the ceiling on the curtains. The ***** on the bottom of the door was sticking out, I am surprised I didn't cut my legs.The faucet in the sink was barely coming out. It was a TOTAL NIGHTMARE, and I took photos of everything, it was absolute a horrible EXPERIENCE.

Staff was fantastic. Room needs some upgrades and a deep clean.

The hotel staff was so kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and cozy. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean rooms, good breakfast, but pool was closed and it never stated that when reserving the room or wouldve stayed somewhere else¡

Property around hotel was not very clean or well kept. Breakfast items did not seem freshly made.

We booked this motel because it has a swimming pool. After driving 745 miles yesterday we were looking forward to a swim. When we arrived we were told it was closed for repairs. If this information had been on their web site we obviously would have chosen another option.

The staff was friendly, everything was clean and the parking lot was well lit.
