潘帕有早餐的飯店

We have stayed here many times traveling from Texas to Colorado. Never had a bad experience. Rooms are always clean, good beds and super friendly staff. Recently drove away from this hotel and received a call a short time later that I had left my IPad in my room. They offered to keep it until I came back thru or ship it to me. I was close enough to just return and pick it up. Their honesty speaks volumes to me. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area. Mike M.

I hate writing this review. I really want to be able to give it a five and I just can’t. This is an older two-story property. It’s a little rundown and needs work. Before I say too much more, I would like to give the desk clerk and the maintenance man a thumbs up for trying to resolve issues. They were very accommodating. But as I said the property is old. It was cold this time of year and this was when the temperatures were in the teens and zero. The room we got was paid for by someone else. That is why we stayed. When we got there, we were warned that the shower nozzle had to be pulled straight out and not just turned. The first room we went to did not have any heat. He offered to move us to another room and we did. It was around the backside of the building and my husband is mobility challenged. after moving, he decided to take a shower, and the water was not very hot. The desk clerk came again to show us again how to turn it on because it was very difficult to work. The room was clean otherwise, just outdated. I know they want to do a good business and have good reviews. I would hope that the owner could put some money into improving the property and putting in shower nozzles that are easy to turn on and off. I don’t think some of the rooms were rented for some time and he explained but some of them were not cleaned due to short staff. We did not eat breakfast the next morning so I cannot speak to that.

Clean facilities, nice staff, pool was heated !! We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was delicious, the staff was kind and responsive. Our 3yr old enjoyed the heated pool. The staff gave us extra towels as we made a few trips to the pool.
