Fraud people in tivoli royal palace. Don't trust them(Rajesh-sales) They make false promises and Threat you to close dinner and main gate. Don't waste your money They threaten us in whole wedding. Fraud

Worst place for wedding, rude staff and they will show something else and do something else. Don’t trust or believe them( staff member - Rajesh). Never make booking through him. FRAUD We were told that we decorating will be done but on the wedding day they will not provide you anything. WORST PLACE FOR WEDDING

We had booked 04 rooms in the property . We were total 8 adults and 6 kids. We r staying in gurgaon and have tried Tivoli property in Rewari . We had really good experience in Tivoli Rewari and this time thought of trying new property when searched found Tivoli royal palace . We really enjoyed and experienced the same hospitality . Our stay was very pleasant at tivoli royal place . Thanks to the entire team of Tivoli royal palace .

***** sitting there to loot people. Booked for marriage of our sister. Deal was aprrox 20 lacs but later on bill recieved was 31 lacs. This was the case when number of people didn't even got the food. Waiters were resting in corner. Our own brothers did the waiters job and yet they didnt get the food in the end after doing all the hard work throughout the day. We had to even bring the cold drinks on our own. At 11.30 itself, there was no food left. They just kept on counting plates. When we asked for cctv footage, if there was enough food, they refused. And at last closed the doors and called bouncers. Our guests including ladies and kids were held hostages till 5 am in the morning and were allowed to leave when police intervened. When they saw it was going against them and turning on CCTV wil get them caught, they agreed for 2.5 lacs for where they were asking 11 laks extra. Its a nightmare for parents who are planning wedding of their kids. A big NO. Anybody wants to chat can connect with me on 9717782432. I dont have any personal grudges. Just an honest review. Stayed here for couple of days for a wedding. The entire place was booked by us for 2 days. It’s the worst place to book because of following reasons - 1. The staff is extremely rude, so are the supervisors, ***agers, room service etc. 2. Rooms are dirty, sheets are not clean, bathroom is smelly (for most of the rooms) 3. Don’t even have basic amenities like towel, pillow covers, room service etc. 4. Room service would take forever (sometimes they won’t even listen to you) 5. There is no network in the entire resort and their WiFi is very limited ( only in rooms) 6. Won’t even provide you with tea coffee (even when you pay for it) 7. Room cleaning was just a sham 8. Breakfast was tasteless and hardly 2-3 options. Even there you have to wait forever for tea/coffee. 9. Overall food was quite blend 10. It was impossible to ask the staff to provide room service for bride room only. Had to beg for almost an hour. 11. The highlight of the Tivoli arrangement is the decorator. He will do decor as per his choice and at his own rates. Most of our functions got delayed by 2-4 hrs due to him. They just take payments and do whatever they want 12. They destroyed bride and groom's entry as the crackers for which they charged thousands of rupees did not work at the last moment 13. They did not provide us the bill for the whole amount even after following up multiple times 14. They did not provide us the rooms at promised time. Instead only few rooms were provided and that also at a long delay of 3-4 hours. 15. The decorator charged thousands of rupees for car decoration that lasted for few minutes after we drove the car for a km. 16. So I would suggest you all to book only if you want to spend your time to not enjoy the wedding/ function but to look after all the arrangements at your own level even after spending lakhs of rupees as the decorator and ***agement will not take any responsibility.

Havent stayed at a worst hotel ,the hotel is complete fraud the rooms are dirty the staff is so rude ,no service at all attended a wedding here every guest got his stomach upset ,they switched off the landlines so that they dont have to provide any service if anyone is planning to visit here or do a wedding here i strongly recommend not to do so you will ruin the experience of your occasion,it is just a sheet changing hotel where couples come to enjoy
