Hotel war sehr alt und dreckig

Fueron unas excelentes vacaciones, un lugar con todas las comodidades y ubicado en un lugar exclusivo y estratégico. Muy bueno el servicio.

Easy check in, but room had no towels. Asked 3 times and finally just took some from a hallway closet. The grounds of the hotel is 5 stars. The room was barely 2 stars (and that’s being generous). Old, stained and dingy furniture. Horribly hard mattress. Construction on the floor beneath ours w/hammering & sawing was so loud, it vibrated the bed and walls (I have a recording). They redid the floors of our building and caused room to fill with a pungent chemical paint thinner smell. I called the front desk and they said they’d look into it, but never followed up. We went on an excursion one day, and when we returned, construction men had been allowed into our room to replace the headboard. I feel like that’s something that should’ve been mentioned to us before leaving that day. We would’ve hidden any valuables, especially because we couldn’t get our safe to work. One of the men working on our headboard must’ve used our restroom and unfortunately urinated around the toilet..which I stepped in:(. The breakfast was decent, but the pool side service was hit or miss. Also, I would go down to the pool early, & all the sun beds would be “claimed” with personal items thrown across them, yet no one would show up for hour upon hours to actually use them. Signs say that items can’t be used to “save” the bed, yet I never saw a single employee remove unattended items to allow the beds to be used by people who were actually at pool. Would not stay here again.

Viaje con familia, tomamos dos habitaciones, obtuvimos Up grade. EXCELENTE en todo. Aseo: 10, UBICACIÓN: 10; DESAYUNO: 10. Inmejorable ubicación, cerca a muchas opciones de comida, a la playa. Maravillosa piscina.

Excelente opción en Cartagena, se destacan la limpieza, amplitud y comodidad de la habitación. Desayuno variado y delicioso, piscina y jacuzzis inmejorables, facilidad para acceso a la playa. Estaciones permanentes de delicioso café, agua. Entorno con posibilidad de acceso a varios restaurantes. Lindos los animales, que tienen en el hotel.

Un sitio muy bonito para descansar y de vacaciones la estadía en familia fue muy buena la atención de las personas del hotel la limpieza y el servicio en general, la fauna y la flora dentro del hotel los hace llamativos nos gustó todo.

El ambiente en un momento durante la estadía presentó un olor desagradable dentro de la habitación. posiblemente por falta de circulación de aire. En general un sitio muy agradable, fresco y tranquilo para descansar. Las personas quienes nos atendieron 1A, dignas de su tierra, muchas gracias a cada uno de ellos.
