The room was dirty in general, the bathroom was dirty and the room had no towels, there was something similar to mold on the mattress cover.

Horrible! Lobby staff was rude. Bathtub was gross. No sheets on the bed. People doing ***** outside. Deadbolt didnt lock. Did not feel safe. People screaming, playing loud music, and slamming stuff all night.TV did not work. would have left if it wasn't for the storm and wasn't pouring rain. I Needed a handicap room or at least first floor. They said none where available so I had to crawl up the stairs in the rain, but it looked like there where first floor available. It says 24 hour lobby but when we tried to leave in the morning, they said they couldn't help us till 9:30. The deposit is cash only which wasn't mentioned on the website. Cops who knew our home was being evacuated because of the storm followed us in to tell us this was a bad place to stay. But we had our dogs and they where pet friendly and we didnt want to drive in the storm any more. We talked to the sherrifs today and they said that is the worst hotel in pamdale to go to.

You get what you pay for. Furniture in the rooms are kinda beat up, but my room was cleaned every day. Every day for 8 days! Without me even asking . They even replaced the bed cover twice. No microwave, but there was a fridge. Will stay again

The hotel is run down. The location is bad because of the homeless and ********** in the area. One of our friend was asked if they had a crack pipe to use. The room keys are older kept getting demagnetized so have to get new key almost every day. There were four softball families on our floor so it felt safe. But strangers would walk by all the floors looking into rooms. Kept curtains closed. The pool was dirty most of the time and the hot tub was never hot. But this is what you get for 70$ a night.

Love the staff they are overall wonderful even maids but sad that people have died while staying here

Staff was cool but overall stay i am not satisfied. there were mattress lying out in the parking lot & on the rails. Room did not feel nor look clean & was ridden with cigarette smoke even in the non smoking room. Homeless camps surrounding the hotel. Not a good stay

There were roches all over, the rooms smelled really bad. The people around were sketchy af. Do not recommend.
