BQ奧古斯塔飯店(BQ Augusta Hotel)

The room door and windows are not anti-noise，I cannot fell asleep in this hotel because of the noise. The air-conditioning is also not in good use，I caught heavy cold after I live here for five days.

漂亮又乾淨的酒店。非常友好的工作人員。房間很乾淨，但缺乏水杯等基本設施，但價格彌補了這一點。總體來說價格還算合理，而且免費停車。如果住在那裡，我建議租用或開車前來，因為它位於山上。

Insgesamt war das Hotel sehr gut um mit dem Bus Palma zu erkunden. Da das Hotel etwas höher liegt sollte man allerdings gut zu Fuß sein wenn man nicht mit dem Auto unterwegs ist. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Der Pool war super. Unser Zimmer war groß und sauber.

Elena who checked us in was friendly she greeted us in a happy professional manner she thanked us for choosing BQ. We had experienced a bad Cruise due to the Weather. We walked in tired and grumpy not knowing what service to expect. Yet her greeting said it all, she made our stay at BQ enjoyable as we were celebrating our 46th wedding anniversary. She went the extra step and provided us with a bottle of Champagne to celebrate and we thank her for that extra service. The breakfast and restaurant staff was also very friendly, the food was amazing a full hot breakfast. Would I stay here or recommend it to others "YES". I would keep the staff if I were management they make a difference its not just the hotel or amenities.

Rent og fint hotell. Mye for pengene. Frokostbuffet var over forventningene. Vennlig personale og vendig god service. Gode bussforbindelser i nærheten og stort kjøpesenter 5-10 minutter gange unna. Ville valgt hotellet igjen.

The receptionist were really friendly, on the bar we asked to sit outside for consuming our snacks, the barman slapped the door really annoyed about us asking. As well during the dinner we told the waitress that the food was frozen, she took it back and come back saying that the chef said that was ok. Believe me my partner is a chef and it wouldn't never complain for nothing. Really disappointed.
