I have stated here a few times and enjoy the atmosphere. If you don’t choose the right room, it can be a bit noisy in the evening hours. Staff was very attentive and accommodating. Checkout is at 11am, but during my recent visit, while laying at pool, they came in and serviced my room for next guest before I even checked out. They never changed my sheets and makes me wonder now if my sheets were clean. I will still return but made sure management was informed .

The Santiago was recommended by folks I met on a previous vacation. They promised I’d love it, and were they ever right! From the moment I walked in, it was clear this stay was going to more than live up to the hype. Beautiful grounds, a gorgeous, spacious room, and a superb staff made this property an absolute pleasure. After a few days of running around Palm Springs (very easy from the location, btw…), I decided to cancel plans and just spend the day relaxing in this stunning oasis and enjoying all it has to offer…and I wasn’t the only one. More than once, conversations around the pool went something like…Question: “So what are you going to do today?” Answer: “This!” :-) I can’t praise this place enough, and can't wait to go back!

My partner and I enjoyed another wonderful stay in paradise. The staff were smiley and helpful, the other guests friendly and interesting, the grounds beautiful and immaculate. We had the Casita, a lovely big room with an outdoor shower in its own private little garden. The resort provides breakfast and lunch, and both are super opportunities to sit out in the courtyard and chat to other guests. We will be back.

Excellent facilities and always improving. Exceptionally well managed by Kent. The pool is one of the best in Palm Springs, and it's surrounded by lush green space. Complimentary continental breakfasts and box lunches mean you can stay on the property most of the day. Most (all?) rooms have been updated, and the bedding is first-rate. Daily housekeeping service, without asking (a service many major hotel chains have discontinued). In short, there's nothing here not to like.

My fourth time at Santiago in a year, which tells you something. And I have two more visits booked, which tells you the same thing. The team gets all the details right. It's a friendly, comfortable, clean, warm and inviting place to be. Having the breakfast and lunch available is great, because it frees up time for lounging, if you want. I can't wait to go back.

I absolutely adore this place. The attention to detail, the care, the amazing facility. Kent and the entire staff are second to none.it seems like they are always one step ahead of what you need/want. The pool and hot tub are always pristine and kept at the perfect temperatures. The fire pit area was a morning joy with coffee. Comfortable rooms, great breakfast… not to mention the unbelievable daily lunch order… what a spectacular amenity. Location is great…book this place! We already rebooked for next year. Can’t come soon enough.

The bed was soft and comfortable and the pillows were fluffiest! The staff were very friendly. They offered complimentary lunches together with breakfasts inclusive in the price. They even have a large pack of snacks for our enjoyment in my room!

Wow, what an awesome place! Kent is the perfect host and made me feel welcome and comfortable immediately. The resort is meticulously maintained and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are well appointed. The complimentary breakfast and lunch selections are varied and delicious. If you plan to be anywhere near Palm Springs you should book your stay here asap! Seriously, I travel a lot and and have visited many resorts and this place exceeded all my expectations. Well done Santiago!
