Beautiful hotel. We were upgraded to the King Suite with two large couch areas, so it could probably sleep 4 people!
The swimming pool was incredible. Great DJs playing, and an incredible vibe with so many young people lounging by the pool.

We were there for only one night but were very impressed with the facilities and the customer service. It was a great place for our family stay (with our maltipoo) and we'd come back again anytime.

It was clean, kind, and good location(everywhere from here takes 20-30min like hollywood, beverly, santamonica ,,,) and the pool on the roof top is the best

I loved everything about the Ace! It was so cute and fun and the perfect place for a little getaway. It’s close to a bunch of yummy restaurants and has a cute pool/ bar area. The bed is also super comfortable. It’s a very unique place and I really enjoyed it, I’ll definitely be back!

Something was wrong with the AC in our room. When it was on it smelled like something had died in there. I called the front desk and told them about the issue and asked them to send someone to check the filter and I’m not sure if they ever came but the smell was still there until we checked out. Definitely a bummer bc other than that we liked the place.

We had a great time and enjoyed both Pool, the bed in our room were very comfy, restroom needs a more thorough cleaning for my liking but it’s ok. Overall we all enjoyed our stay.

Photos are deceiving. Looks much better in pics then in person. Sauna wasn’t available, rooms weren’t clean and had a weird stench, no hot water and tv wasn’t working. While front desk was accommodating in discounting stay I would not stay again.

The rooms are filled with lots of thoughtful details and the beds are incredibly comfortable. However, the lack of coffee in the room, along with the long trek for ice in the desert were definite negatives. Worth a visit but room for improvement!

This hotel has seen better days. The pool was filthy, had tiles held up by packing tape. Rooms were run down and worn. Definitely not worth the price. Food and cocktails were decent.
