Rent directly from the owner and avoid hidden or high "Host" fees often charged by third-party agencies. You'll communicate directly with me and my local house manager. We are passionate about sharing our home and charge only the rental rate, cleaning, and tax. Pool heating is optional for an additional fee. Enjoy a 10% discount on weekly stays and a 15% discount on monthly stays (automatically calculated with your quote). Monthly stays are exempt from City TOT tax, and we do not charge for utilities (other than optional pool heat).
