黑色花飯店(Fleur Noire Hotel)

โรงแรมตกแต่งสวยงาม พนักงานอัธยาศัยดี มีแนะนำบริเวณโรงแรม และมีบริการอาหารว่าง เครื่องดื่ม ผลไม้ในบริเวณติดกับlobby ภายในบริเวณโรงแรมรู้สึก relaxing และสะดวกสบาย ที่ตั้งทำเลดีมาก อยู่ใกล้ downtown palm spring มีสระว่ายน้ำอุ่น จัดสวนสวย ห้องพักสะอาด เนื้อที่กว้าง ดิฉันพักห้อง queen room เนื้อที่เป็นสัดส่วน มีโต๊ะอาหารให้ด้วยค่ะ

FIrst, they put us in Room 1 which is directly behind the DJ at the bar/restarurant behind the property. From the front door we were within 10 feet of the DJ. Music was blaring and unacceptable. I complained and they apologized. Went back to the room to find a giant, and I mean giant roach bouncing on the TV. Asked them to come get it. The roach flew into the bedroom where my wife was trying to sleep and it was a mess. They said we could move to another room, which had no hot water, and then we could leave next day for hotel across the street. Found out check in time across the street was 4pm yet they wanted us out by noon so they could get it ready, apparently for someone who enjoys cold showers. They said they would work with new hotel to get us early check-in. Well, we packed up, went across the street and waited for 4 hours to get a room. The new hotel was considerably cheaper, yet they offered no refund. It was our anniversary of 40 years and my wife and I could not have been more disappointed in the ordeal.....The staff was apologetic, but unwilling to make any sort of deal to accommodate us. The hotel Arrive across the street was exceptional.

The checkin was great. Bree was very nice. I noticed a strong sulphar smell in the room. That never went away. It wasn't outside, only when you walked in the room. The bathroom sink had a slow drain. They tell you to text them if you need anything. So the next day, I text them 3 times and no response. I walked to the clubhouse and a different lady (not Bree) was sitting on her phone. I told her I had been texting and she said we didnt get it. (I text them the night before and Bree answered within 5 min). This lady had a little attitude as if I was interrupting her when I walked in. The other thing I didnt like was no self service ice machine. You have to ask the front desk for ice and they close at 10 pm. So we had to make a night light drive to buy ice. When my room was cleaned they removed the body wash that was in my shower, a huge inconvenience when you are in the shower with no soap.

Booked a stay at Fleur Noire on a whim for a solo trip because I wanted to catch the sunset up at the top of the aerial tramway and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! It was only a short 15 min drive from the hotel. Parking was plentiful, decor was adorable, amenities were on point, cleanliness was spotless and the customer service was suburb! Bre really made me feel welcomed and was super helpful through out my stay, everything from the check in process to being the bartender. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel for my next palms spring trip.

This resort was not as represented in advertising. It conveys the impression of a unique vacation experience but the ratings given (average) are for a 2 star location. This is set in Palm Springs but was more akin to a campers retreat. We had very much looked forward to the promised site but it was not that at all.

Fleur Noire was incredible! Every corner was thoughtfully designed/decorated and we were pampered by the friendly staff. Truly a sense of community in this hotel - we were friends with the other guests by the end of our stay!

This is my second time staying at Fleur Noire. Whenever I stay in Palm Springs, I prefer to stay in the smaller, bungalow style hotels like this one with rooms that are mostly arranged around a pool amid tree is in other plants. This property is beautiful. What makes this hotel special to me however, is the friendliness and proactive help from staff. For example, on this trip, one of the staff members saw me carrying two glasses of wine from our room to the pool and she reminded me that they are able to provide ice buckets, so we can keep our bottle of wine with us at the pool. I had assumed that no class was allowed around the pool! And other nice touches are the free breakfast food, snacks, and free cans of water and juice next to the pool for anyone to use. They also have a collection of sunscreens that are freely available to anyone in case you start getting burned. They also have a bar with bottles of wine, beers, and other alcoholic beverages for purchase. And no one under the age of 21 can stay there which was perfect for us. I will definitely keep staying here on subsequent trips to Palm Springs!

This is my second time at Fleur Noire and it just keeps getting better. Went on a girls trip with my mom and sister and felt so pampered the whole time! Love everything about this special place.
