Descanso Resort, A Men's Resort

First time here. We have been coming to Palm Springs for over 30 years and many of the hotels we have stayed in are no longer in existence. Pleasant surprise to receive a text on the drive out that the room was already available. We found the place to be very clean and the room to be comfortable. Good breakfast buffet and a good selection of catered lunch options. Liked the poolside popsicles and the happy hour. An easy walk to downtown but with the high temperatures, we’ll probably do that on another stay. Kent was friendly and interesting to talk with over the changes in Palm Springs. He encouraged us to tour their other properties and we were highly impressed with both. It is apparent that they are customer service oriented, value your business and want you to return, which we will.

Je suis un habitué d'un resort sister, et quand j'ai vu qu'ils ouvraient un nouveau resort avec l'excellent manager, j'ai voulu réserver pour tester. J'ai passé un semaine mi décembre 2022. Comme c'est bon d'être aussi bien accueilli par Kent qui répond à toutes vos questions avec un professionnalisme, une gentillesse et une chaleur extraordinaires. Les chambres sont grandes et décorées avec goût. Le personnel est à vos soins avec toujours la même gentillesse. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et rafraîchissant (les températures matinales étaient très fraîches à cette période...) La piscine chauffée à bonne température, le jacuzzi, la végétation et l'ambiance décontractée sont des plus agréables. Le lunchbox de qualité est un réel plus. Bref je recommande fortement ce délicieux endroit!
