OMG - this hotel is amazing! We went for my mom’s 83rd and while we stay here twice a year, this experience was phenomenal thanks to Devon. Not only did she and Michael give me the perfect room, she gave my parents their dream room! This is the best hotel with a boutique feel and all the wants and needs you have. The pool bar staff is phenomenal- tysm Trent and Neil and to the lovely young ladies making coffee every morning- you rock too. The cleaning staff and maintenance staff is off the charts- hurry up and book now- you sooo won’t be disappointed.
Horrible experience for a family of 5. Arrived late after a long day of travel and activity. Had a 2-bedroom suite w/2 queen beds. There was no bedding for the sofa bed which we need for one of our children to sleep on. After several requests was told that they couldn’t deliver it to us until morning. Used towels for pillows and blanket to try to sleep on the bed (gross!). At 2:30 am smoke alarm started beeping from low battery. Was told that there was no maintenance available until 7:30am. After 5 hrs of little to no sleep, we were all exhausted and cranky for the entire day (ruined that day of vacay for our family). Do NOT stay here if you hope to get any sleep while away from home!!
訪訪客We booked three nights, stayed only two. It was a special birthday weekend for my wife. We booked Comfort Suites because we thought it was top end for Choice Hotels. It was one of our worst experiences in traveling for more than 60 years. To start with, the breakfast was terrible. There never was a complete breakfast. Eggs but out of bacon. The next day, just the opposite. Sugar free syrup for a waffle was like water. Tried cereal - no milk, just two empty containers. When I finally found someone to get the milk,it took forever for him to do it. No bread for toast, except for two pieces of stale bread in the tray. The worst part was the heating and air conditioning unit. We are both in our mid 80s and like it warmer than most. Set the AC for 75 and it kept reverting back to somewhere between 67 or 72. After the first night of getting up frequently to either turn the unit on or off ,manually to try to maintain a comfortable (their maintenance person was off that day and they had no one else to fix it) temperature, we finally decided to end our stay after two nights. Since we had used some reward points for a better room rate, the front desk person said we had to call Choice to get it changed and refunded. I called Choice and was told they would not refund the last, unused night money, but would refund the rewards. Big deal. After this experience, I wouldn’t stay in a choice hotel again if it was free. Other minor nuisances were there was only one small towel bar near the sink. None for the tub. No guide for the television, you just had to surf channels in hopes of finding something worthwhile. We tried to stick it out for the third night since we couldn’t get a refund but common sense prevailed and we went home after two nights. The clerk offered us a different room but odds were it would be the same and then there was the lousy breakfast. Home now in a comfortable temperature and looking forward to a breakfast tomorrow that won’t remind me of the bivouac meals that I had in the service. I’ve been traveling for over 60 years and can’t remember a worse experience. And $527 plus reward points for three nights of torture.
