Wow..wow...wow ..The Reef House in Palm Cove keeps getting better and better. We have been there many times and they keep excelling in their high standard of personal attention to detail. Each time we return we see some familiar faces and we are recognised immediately and given a royal welcome. The staff are exceptional - the General Manager Wayne ensures everyone is happy, Cedric the Concierge Manager welcomes all guests with his warm personality. Karolina, Manager of Reception is always happy and helpful. The Chef's menu is delicious and the cocktails adventurous. Fresh seafood in abundance. Dining under the Melaleuca trees by candlelight occurs every night. All the staff are genuine happy people and all the guests respond to this warmth . It was my birthday and again I felt like royalty with so many happy people enjoying the day with me. It was a very special feeling. This resort is our happy place. Can't wait to return again. It is paradise . The Reef House has old world charm with modern decor overlooking the Coral Sea. Nothing could be be more perfect

This is the first time we have stayed at the Reef House and it won't be the last. We have stayed at many resorts in Palm Cove but the Reef House is by far the best. I can't believe it's taken us so long to stay there. But now that we have we will definitely be returning. Customer service was outstanding. Thank you to all staff for helping us have a wonderful, relaxing stay.

I loved staying at Reef House. The grounds are beautiful and we especially loved the mineral pool and spa. The bed is very comfy and the location is great. We would definitly come again!

An amazing experience from the moment we walked in. The property is beautiful, the cocktails a plenty and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. A perfect romantic, relaxing getaway for special occasions. We will be back!

I am so happy I found this place. I have a gluten allergy and every meal was appetizing and prepared safely! The hospitality of the staff was amazing. It really stood out as the best place I stayed throughout all of Australia.
