棕櫚海岸 I-95 溫德姆麥客達套房飯店(Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Palm Coast I-95)

The hotel was ok but I gave. $50 deposit that I was told I would get back after they made sure we didn't smoke in the room. When I went to check out they said the whole $50 went to sue charges and PARKING FEES!!!! So basically got ripped off for $50.

Inadequate staff available at check-in. The one poor guy at the desk was checking in, helping to clean rooms, and trying to track down luggage carts. Coffee maching in room had not been cleaned and still had the coffee packet from the previous guests. Walls are very thin so noise fom hallways and adjacent rooms make sleeping difficult. We were only there for one night, so it was adequate but not exceptional. Sorry to say, I would not recommend it.

We were suppose to have 2 rooms in close proximity. One room was ready and the other wasn't. The gentlemen checking us in said he would make sure the 2nd room was nearby as requested on our reservation. Went back to get keys for the 2nd room and it was on a different floor. Employee said she didn't have another room anywhere else. The gentleman (manager) was no where to be found. They put half our group on a floor with no working elevator, despite informing them we had disabled people in our party. The rooms were not well cleaned. "Breakfast" was very limited and not good. Employees were making plates with what little was served & standing in hallway eating. Toaster didn't work. Pool was dirty and no seating for more than 4 people. Staff doesn't seem to care. This place needs some new management and major upgrades.

Very rude staff, towels were very small and thin. They locked the pool deck up at 5:00 even though it was not posted as the closing time. When I asked to speak to the manager they said he left with the key and if I had an issue I could speak to him in the morning. We had 9 rooms, never again. Avoid this dump

I will NEVER stay here again. Their service is bad and they charged me for a room key I handed the lady. I couldn’t get an itemized bill because we checked out early and I was told it would be emailed the following day. It wasn’t. I had to call to get it only to find they charged me for a key I returned. The charge happened today when we returned both keys yesterday when we actually checked out. This is ridiculous and in order to get a refund you have to email some random email and they will not let you speak with a manager or even tell you their name. There are cigarettes everywhere outside. The check-in process was so slow it took an hour to check in with only two people in line in front of me. The check out process took forever and she gave me a receipt for only part of the charges. Then took that receipt back when I wanted the full receipt. Having to go to all this trouble and being charged for things returned is crazy. Also the charge and reverse on your card over and over again like they can’t figure out what the charges are or something. If you book for two days with two pets the charges are what they are. You shouldn’t have to wait for them to decide what they are later and add on random stuff you never agreed to. This whole thing is ridiculous. Also the lady at the desk just randomly handed my kid a candy bar. I know she was being nice but she didn’t ask me first and my kid has food allergies. I had to deal with that problem later she caused after we left the desk

I only really had one complaint we arrived approx 2pm so went to check in. We were informed our type of room booked available but we had to pay an extra $25 if we occupied before 3pm Strange never had that before Colin

Stepping into the room it was smell was overwhelming with some type of cleaning product. There was very little toilet paper on the rolls and no extra roll in the room. Mirrors were in odd places in the room. Wall plugs were hard to get to.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Clean bathroom. Most people who worked the front desk were very nice. At check in they saw i was with my mom but only had a 1 bed room booked so he upgraded us to a 2 bed room at no cost. They have a pool but i didnt utilize it. Breakfast was ok. The waffles were the best they had a fair amount of options (cereal oa**eal small bagels yogurt toast eggs home fries snd sausage- hot food was eh, sausage didnt even look cooked) One thing that was frustrating was the room key kept not working. First 2 days i had to get new keys made. Then 1 key stopped working but the other didnt so i managed with the one. Overall decent hotel
