Adorei o hotel. Quarto excelente , com banheira, cama confortável, roupas de cama e banho de qualidade. A arrumação muito caprichosa. Café da manhã ok, achei um pouco confuso na hora de entrar, forma-se uma fila desnecessária mesmo quando há muitos lugares vagos (acho que eles fazem questão de acompanhar os hóspedes até a mesa, o que atrasa o processo). Atendimento no bar da piscina muito cordial. E tem um shuttle para levar os hóspedes a praia Palm Beach (que dá para ir a pé porque é bem pertinho), na praia tem uma boa estrutura com o fornecimento de toalhas, guarda-sóis e espreguiçadeiras. Pude usufruir da piscina e tomar banho no gym center após o meu check out, o que foi muito conveniente já que meu voo de volta era quase às 7 da noite. Super recomendo e voltaria sem dúvida.

Overall, the hotel was okay. When I arrived, I noticed that my TV wasn’t working. I called the front desk and was told someone would come up to fix it, but no one ever showed. The next day, I spoke with a different front desk agent who also promised to send someone right away, and again, no one came. Eventually, a technician arrived but wasn’t able to fix the issue. Later, a manager came to our room and showed us an alternative room. I considered moving, but since we only had one night left, it didn’t seem worth the hassle. I honestly feel they should have offered a complimentary night or at least a discount, considering the inconvenience, but we were still charged the full price. Additionally, when I called for extra towels, no one ever brought them up. On a positive note, the staff at the bar and restaurant were wonderful friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made parts of our stay enjoyable.

Breakfast is very good (and free) and the servers are all so kind and helpful. The pool is so clean and they have plenty of chairs. The beach shuttle is basically at your beck and call. Free towels, beach chairs and waters at Palm Beach available daily. The rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Viajem de casal Hotel é muito bom, limpo , instalações excelentes, mas não e exatamente um resort, o café da manhã poderia variar, ficamos sete dias e foi sempre a mesma coisa. Tem uma excelente estrutura de praia, piscinas.

I don't like people telling me they will call me to see if they can change my room if you can't change it you should still call and be honest don't have someone waiting to hear from you and never received a call back 🤔😞

The staff was unfriendly. We were locked out of our room for some reason, had to walk all the way back to the reception (which is like at the other end of the world) and asked us for IDs when all our belongings were locked inside the room. They were all giving us wrong information on how to fix the problem. Took us almost an hour. But there was this one restaurant staff that stood out. Very friendly and was very much willing to help and serve us, Ricardo. He works at night. Very nice Filipino guy!
