Es un excelente hotel de 5☆ reales. Puntos fuertes - Excelente playa - Excelente seguridad - Cobran lo pactado y devuelven los depósitos sin mayor inconveniente - Variedad de Restaurantes en el Hotel - El desayuno y el menu Kids para niños de 4 años o menos esta bonificado - Atención en Restaurantes es excelente - La habitación amplia y comoda - Cantidad de toallas mas que abundante y de buena calidad tanto en el cuarto como en el sector de pileta - Gimnasio super equipado. Con agua, toallas, frutas y barras proteicas a disposición - 2 piletas separadas 1 adultos y 1 de niños y adultos Puntos Flacos - Si bien aceptan niños, no hay juegos como hamacas o toboganes aunque hay lugares donde podrian ponerlos. El espacio para niños es muy básico. La pileta de niños esta ok pero fuera de eso el hotel como que acepta niños pero no esta enfoncado a los niños, sino mas bien a los adultos. Podiran mejorar este punto con no mucho esfuerzo - Internet un poco lenta - Personal que asigana sillas en la playa es poco amable y se mueven por propinas - Personal Restaurante Madero poco profesional. En un momento habia un partido de fútbol y varios estaban solo atentos al partido

We had some great pool and beach servers, Jean Carlo, Smily and Brandon were fantastic and we visited them almost every day for our week on property. Despite being in an executive suite, the room unfortunately had some shortcomings with hair on the carpets and we found a pretty large bug. With a 7 month old on our trip we spent time on the floor playing. The hallways also needed a pretty good vacuum. Overall we had a good trip and the location, staff and amenities were good for our trip with a child.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing Stay at The Ritz-Carlton Aruba My husband and I stayed here for a week and were really disappointed, especially for a Ritz-Carlton property. We booked through ******* with our Amex Platinum Card, expecting breakfast to be included—it wasn’t, and no one offered a clear reason why. We were also charged unexplained extra fees, and to make matters worse, staff entered our room without permission on multiple occasions—once to bring a baby crib we hadn’t requested, and another time to deliver a fridge while we were on the balcony. This felt like a serious privacy issue. The food and drinks were extremely overpriced, and overall the experience did not justify the cost. The property is pretty, but we expected much better service, transparency, and respect for guests’ privacy. We would not stay here again.

They downgraded the room I ordered from ocean view to coastline (which was actually parking lot) and didn't refund my money! It is unbelievably bad behavior and service from what is supposed to be a luxury resort.

We had a lovely stay and I found nearly all of the staff to be very welcoming and engaging. The one exception was the hostess at the steakhouse on Friday evening. Maybe she was having a bad evening. We took a quick look at the menu and went elsewhere. In contrast, the staff near the pool and the adjacent dining area were fabulous.

Heard some staff at the restaurant mumbling negatively about a customer having too many plates on their table. Very unprofessional.
