We had a wonderful stay. My only compliant was having to be at the towel hut by 9am to check in for the umbrellas that we rented in advance and were paying for each day.

Excellent resort area.

The hotel is amazing looking, probably one of the nicest looking in the area. The staff was average at best, the front desk woman was very friendly. The female staff we ran into seemed to have an attitude and wasn’t nearly as nice as the men employees. The pool situation was poor, try to reserve pool chairs 3 times online and the seats were not reserve even after many emails. The bar service was average around the pool. The outside upper bar was very good and service was excellent at night. We didn’t eat in the hotel, which was a first for us. Our room was nice and was very clean. I still would consider staying at the hotel again, and the location was excellent to restaurants and night life.

The property is beautifu! However, we felt that there should have had more staff around the pool to assist with chair set up and towels. The system for getting a beach chair was complicated as well as getting a chair by the pool. This was our only complaint.

Beautiful beach! That's about it. Lost our first night due to weather/travel delay (and they refused to refund any). Main restaurant closed for renovations/upgrades during our stay and then couple other places at property closed our last day -- apparently to get ready for some big closed conference or the like. Also, a rude dealer at the blackjack table -- when all I was doing was losing money, LOL. I would travel to Aruba again, but would not stay here.
