惠靈頓-西棕櫚灘萬楓套房飯店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Wellington-West Palm Beach)

My stay at this hotel is due to it being close to my sisters home. I stayed twice this past month due to my mothers death and then burial. Each room had it's quirks but overall it was a pleasant stay. All the staff that I interacted with from the concierge, cleaning ladies, and kitchen staff were nice and polite. They made me feel very welcome.

So clean and spacious! LOVED the view, too. So peaceful a place to stay, especially while visiting family in nearby hospital. Convenient location near mall and grocery stores.

Everything was just perfect! Friendly front desk and staff. Very nice room. Decent internet connection. Only problem was the high cost of their pet fee. Way high!

Excellent in every way. Just ensure that there are sufficient toiletries on the vanity for the number of persons staying in the room. That’s it.

New modern hotel...very nice and clean. Nice area with plenty of shopping ( mall across the street) and restaurants.

Quite frustrated. I reserved a room with a king size bed and paid for it which was quite pricy. Upon my checking in never told that I was not going to have that. I got upstairs and to my surprise I get two full size beds. I called front desk and was told sorry since I did everything 3rd party they could not help me!

I booked this hotel for my in-laws for two nights. The nightly rate was way above I’d expect for this hotel or the area, but it’s that time of the year and my in-laws liked it the last time they stayed there so we made that extra effort to spend over $600 on a two night stay there so we could spend time together. Everything went well on the first night and as usual they complimented the hotel. It’s a fairly new building so we were all happy. When we saw them after they checked out, they were very distressed because they woke up to a flooded bathroom. They called the reception and all they said is they acted surprised and didn’t do much to mitigate the problem. My in-laws had to leave the hotel with showering in the morning and the hotel didn’t offer them anything as a form of reparation. I paid for the hotel ahead of time for them, so they could t even request for that night to be comped - although the hotel should have at least offer some sort of discount on their next staying. It was very upsetting to know I paid so much and had to hear they did not receive proper service.
