I was thoroughly impressed from check in to check out. Property is impeccable appointed. Room was spacious and gorgeous. Love the Slim Aaron’s prints throughout. Beautiful bar. Perfect pool set up with cabanas. Food was great. And service was outstanding at every single touch point. Will absolutely be back!

Nothing positive so far. No one took our bags to room, no hotel orientation, no chairs on balcony, no acknowledgement of birthday previously articulated in restaurant. no mini bar.very expensive for mediocre food.

Newly renovated hotel. Beautiful place with friendly staff. Walking distance to Worth avenue and the beach. Great for a couples retreat or the girls weekend.

Good food. Beautiful hotel. The staff is still learning but they will get there. They charged me again the 2 nights and I had to ask to fix it.

Great centrally located property with very gracious staff and clean updated rooms One suggestion is to have a hot coffee/water station in the lobby for clients to serve themselves There were 5 People waiting for a hostess to go back into the kitchen and make cups of coffee for us thus delaying speed and elongating wait time so not efficient at all

The hotel was newly renovated top to bottom and gorgeous - lots of little details incorporated into the design. All staff were very helpful and accommodating. The biggest issue we had was the pool, a smaller area, felt more like a day care than resort pool. There were more babies and small kids there than adults and the screaming, splashing, and bathroom accidents on the pool deck prevented us from really relaxing or being able to even use the pool. I think management will need to do something to address this issue or risk anyone traveling without kids choosing to stay elsewhere.
