We stayed here very briefly after missing our connection, and it was a wonderful, wonderful experience. The room was gorgeous. The beds were very very comfortable. Everything was spotless very elegant. Every little creature comfort was provided and location was excellent. We would definitely stay here again. Absolutely loved it.

在西西里島旅遊期間住在廣場歌劇院。舒適的乾淨房間,有招待托盤和通常的設施。非常位於市中心,適合觀光。早餐歐式風格,但完全足夠。這裏唯一的早餐問題是想喝牛奶喝咖啡,因爲女服務員似乎不太明白,而且她也很忙。會推薦這家餐廳吃晚餐,非常好的食物和葡萄酒,而且比其他任何地方都便宜。對於英國人來說,意大利人不喝牛奶,所以招待盤上沒有牛奶!!!!!

Front desk is amazing, unfortunately the rest of the hotel is less to be desired. Had room 610, right next to elevator. You can only imagine how loud it was. It was louder inside the hotel compared to the street noise. The bed was as hard as rock. I actually believe it was rock I was sleeping on. I not only had a broken shower head, but the shower was so tiny circumference wise. I’m a size 8 so can you imagine how small you have to be to fit into it. Location is ok but there are better places for a few bucks more. In the middle of the night I was awoken with elevator noises, hallway noises, other room noises and a buzzing sound every 5-8 min, I timed it. I did NOT rest well nor shower well for the 2 nights I was there. Stay someplace else.

瓦格納公寓實際上是住宅樓的3樓,配置爲精品酒店/民宿住宿。我們的房間寬敞,舒適,安靜,設有一間大型套間浴室。當我們在常規接待時間以外到達時,我們得到了非常詳細的自助入住說明,工作順利。我們還有一個小陽台,可以俯酒店後面的巷子。Politeama廣場附近的位置是有利的 (1) 機場巴士(Prestia e Comande)從酒店停300m,所以非常方便到達(我們飛入巴勒莫)和離開(我們的租車接送也是從機場) (2)這是一個高檔住宅區,在老城區的邊緣,所以Quattro Canti和歷史中心也距離酒店約10分鐘步行路程。主人Francesco友好熱情,英語說得很好。在巴勒莫的2天時間有點短,因爲他對城市及其周圍環境的豐富信息受益。

Do yourself a favor and stay at this property when you're in Palermo! The service is first rate from booking and even beyond checkout! Oueded went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us during our stay! We were celebrating our 10th Anniversary while we were at their property and she decorated our room to welcome us! She arranged the best restaurant for us to celebrate with great food &an incredible view - (Seven Restaurant!) She met us on the street when we couldn't find the drugstore and arranged for a Covid-19 test (which was required for our return to the US) to take place right in the B&B! Aside from all of the thoughtful, caring and helpful assistance she gave us, she is a lovely person! The guy who checked us in (Davide?) was also very helpful & thorough. He greeted us in our cab on the street, walked us to the B&B, gave us a ton of information, an intro to the room, how it works & suggestions for our stay. The B&B itself was also wonderful. It's in a great location with a very safe, easy entrance. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a nice bathroom, a small refrigerator & tea kettle. We had a balcony which overlooked a quiet street. Some coffee & snacks available in the central dining area but they give you a certificate for a local restaurant for breakfast. We did not do this because by the time we got moving, we wanted more than a light breakfast. The Wi-Fi was the best we had in Italy! The AC was cold. I really can't brag enough about this wonderful experience!

Shameful the treatment received by this hotel that after having booked and PAID for our room more than ONE AND A HALF MONTH earlier (attached payment document), warns us a few hours after arriving in Palermo that our room has been given to other people (is not available!). This is already outrageous, but in addition they allow themselves to try to deceive us by offering us accommodation on the outskirts of Palermo and on another hotel with lower category when the LAW REQUIRES that, in these cases, the client concerned must be given a room in the same or a higher category and in the same area. It is clear that I am going to warn everyone who comes to Palermo (Sicily) PLEASE, NOT TO BOOK AT THIS HOTEL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!. Because if they have done this to us going with a travel agency, I can’t imagine what they will not do with people traveling on their own, with kids or with older people who are easier to deceive. This is the type of management of a hotel that must be removed forever. This type of actions give a bad reputation to tourism in the whole country and should be monitored by the relevant authorities.
