那托裡廣場精品飯店(Palazzo Natoli Boutique Hotel)

Boa localização, quarto grande, limpo, banheiro com a ducha fora do centro do box e com isso voce fica grudado no vidro, pessoal atencioso, cafe da manha apesar de informar o que gostaria de comer foi bem confuso quando servido no restaurante, o servido no quarto foi melhor.

Cet hôtel a une localisation parfaite! Nous avions opté pour la chambre familiale qui était immense et d'une propreté impeccable. Ce qui distingue cet hôtel particulièrement est le service 5 étoiles. Tout était parfait. Le personnel de l'hôtel nous a indiqué un endroit où stationner notre voiture gratuitement tout près de l'hôtel, nous a donné tout plein de recommandations de visites et a même fait des réservations pour nous dans des restaurants. Une note parfaite!

Très bel accueil. Un grand merci à David pour ses conseils et son aide. Petit déjeuner personnalisé. Seulement une nuit dans ce bel endroit que l’on recommandera sans hésiter et nous espérons y revenir.

The converted Palace is very nice. We had a large room, frig, couch, plenty of dresser/cabinets, tv and a large bathroom. There was lovely large windows for fresh air. They offer a unique breakfast you chose the night before and served with 3 different tjmes to choose. The staff was incredible from start to finish! They were able to help us find everything we wanted and needed. Andrea was so helpful and friendly. He made a difference in our stay. There location is perfect especially if you like to walk everywhere. I would stay here again.

Wow! EaRly communication from the hotel suggested to avoid driving into Palermo- great advice-wish we had taken it-in fact that was the only difficulty involved in our stay at Palazzo Natoli. We stayed in the amazing family suite with a ton of room for the kids, suitcases, breakfast cart and and dining table, plus a luxurious candle-surrounded bath and a spacious separate bathroom. Wonderful ambience overall. The staff was exceptionally helpful and patient. Car parking service was timely, affordable, and no damage on our monster Ford van in those narrow Sicilian roads. Breakfast order - requested by email in advance- promptly filled and delivered and really tasty. If we ever come back to Palermo, 10/10 returning here!

Best boutique hotel we have stayed. Beautiful building and delicious breakfast in the most gorgeous sunning area and staff are so friendly and attentive. Special mention to Siriana at front desk who helped with suggestions and reservations to events. Highly recommend this place, very close to the cathedral palace and located on historical Vittoria Emmanuel street. Everything is walking distance.

the staff was absolutely fantastic. among the best i have experienced. the room was upgraded no charge to a suite when they saw i was recovering from a knee procedure . the suite was palatial so i did not have to climb even a few stairs. breakfast was pre selected by us and wonderful. my google map did not work and i got lost. to my surprise they called me when i did not arrive and. sent a staff member to where i was on a bicycle for me to follow back to hotel. the hotel is located in historic part of town with everything near including excellent local restaurants. shopping, museums, cathedral and historic sites it is a small boutique hotel. we made friends there and will go back. if you rent a car, rent the smallest one you can find because some of the streets are narrow 500 years old. but it was mostly parked because all was close bye. if large impersonal hotels are your thing then don’t go . there will be more room for my return!

Lovely small hotel with outstanding staff. Nice room, great location. My only quibble was poor wifi. Staff tried to fix it but it never really worked. Still the staff were incredible.
