即興客房飯店(Ad Hoc Rooms)

Abbiamo avuto una accoglienza superlativa nella B&B Ad Hoc. La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere a piedi tutte le attrazioni e i punti di interesse della bella Palermo. Le stanze sono arredate a tema, con originalità e gusto. Luca e i genitori Gianni e Caterina ci hanno accolti, no, ci hanno coccolati con la loro disponbilità, i consigli, le storie e una colazione eccellente: dolce, salato, le specialità siciliane e il tocco finale delle delizie preparate dalla signora Caterina. La sala per la colazione e la terrazza sono a disposizione per godersi un the dopo una giornata a girovagare per le viuzze del centro. Se andate a Palermo, partite da questa B&B.

Dire che il soggiorno è stato perfetto è riduttivo. La posizione del B&B è ottima, situato nel cuore del centro storico e circondato da deliziosi bar, ristoranti e monumenti storici. Il B&B è un gioiellino archittetonico. Arredato con gusto, fantasia e amore per il dettaglio. Luca è un host impeccabile che ci ha guidato dal momento della prenotazione, facilitando il parcheggio e dando ottimi consigli riguardante il soggiorno. La mattina coccola i suoi ospiti con una ricca e gustosa colazione. Grazie, ci siamo sentiti benvoluti e a casa!

In pieno centro a Palermo consente di raggiungere le principali attrazioni a piedi. Le camere sono tutte personalizzate a tema e arredare con pezzi vintage o creati artigianalmente dal proprietario. La nostra camera "la musica" era molto ampia e con balcone. Le stanze sono completamente insonorizzate una volta chiusi gli infissi. In estate la via su cui si affaccia ha diversi locali dove le persone si attardano. La colazione viene servita in una deliziosa terrazza. La sala comune mette a disposizione sempre acqua fresca a volontà, caffè, tè e snack. Ottima pulizia e accoglienza. Un bel posto dove soggiornare a Palermo.

La struttura si trova in pieno centro, all’inizio di una zona pedonale, all’ultimo piano di un palazzo senza ascensore. Le camere sono accoglienti ed essenziali. l’ospitalità e la gentilezza sono tipiche della cultura del sud. C’è una splendida terrazza su cui si può fare colazione con vista su Palermo.

My son and I stayed in the really fun fumetti— comics — room for three nights. We loved this hotel— very warm, child friendly, incredible breakfast on the terrace or in the sunny room on the roof, tea/hot water available always in the kitchen, a balcony to look onto the streets— and the location is fantastic. Around the corner from the important churches, Fountain of Shame, many cafes and restaurants. Plus the family who owns it is wonderful. Many steps up, but they willl help with bags if needed, and they will arrange airport transfers.

We stayed in the sport-themed room for two nights at the end of a two-week tour around Sicily. The room was cozy and comfortable. It’s just a couple of blocks from the Quattro Canti, so it’s very convenient to all the main sights of Palermo. Breakfast was great. The patio overlooking Via Firenze was a nice place to hang out, drink wine, and listen to the hustle and bustle of the city. Luca and Natalia were wonderful hosts. They provided lots of information about the city which was very helpful. A special thanks to them for getting up early on Sunday morning so we could have a cappuccino prior to heading back to the airport!

We had a great stay at Ad Hoc in Palermo. The location is excellent. Luca and his family are very welcoming, and communication was excellent. Room was clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Roof top terrace was nice. There are 4 flights of stairs with no elevator (which wasn't an issue for us, but may be for others).
