Don't know where to start. I have a few days left to stay at this hotel, but can't resist to review this hotel asap, cause i've been stay here for a couple days. My question, is it really 5 stars hotel? Like, really??! The good things are, the staff at lobby so humble (not the receptionist one), i mean the bell boy (who always wearing the green suit) and the guy on white shirt who always opened the door everytime we walk-in to. They're so humble, always say hi and put smile on their face. The receptionist, you need to learn from them, to smile and be nice when you talk to guest. The room, this hotel has a comfy bed, appreciate that, and room service has a good hospitality, everytime i call them to ask something, they can give me those things really quick. So lets start for the worst thing about this hotel. FIRST, the frontman at the breakfast resto and their resto's staff. The frontman name is Sinta, the woman who wears the green dress, she's so unrespectful, not humble, even when i'm waiting the staff cleaned up the table i want to sat to, then this woman came to my table then drag the staff to other place, man! he's cleaning my table, like why you drag him off?! Like what?! you need to learn etiquette girl, then there's guy who's so rude, he talk to guest in a bad way and like yelling, i don't remember his name. The only good staff at the resto is Yusuf and a girl who wears white shirt and green apron on her waist, they're both humble and always smiling. They both have good attitude. I don't like their food, i ate cereal and watermelon only, others really doesn't have a taste. really bad quality for 5stars hotel resto. and still have a couple days to eat the same thing, poor me. Then, one more, there's a door in corridor yang bertuliskan ”staff only”, mereka selalu membiarkan pintu tersebut terbuka dengan banyak sampah di dalamnya, dan staff staff yang masuk dan keluar dari ruangan itu sangat berisik sekali, EVERYDAY, they laughing so hard, even they're singing! I mean, you need to keep quiet untuk menjaga kenyaman tamu, namun mereka menutup pintu dengan sangat berisik dan berbicara sesuka hati mereka, even at midnight seperti itu juga. And we're in pandemic situation, this hotel doesn't has great ”protokol kesehatan”, mereka membiarkan orang berkeliaran without masker, and tidak ada yang menegur tamu tamu yang seperti itu. And one thing yang cukup mengganggu, ketika kamu parkir di gedung, ketika ke lobby harus melewati koridor bebas merokok, dan to be honest ini sangat mengganggu, jika ingin ada tempat untuk merokok buatlah ruangan khusus utk merokok! The only reason why i chose this hotel, because this is the 5 stars hotel, but i don't think i'll comeback to this hotel in the future. There a lot things to upgrade. Ahh and untuk sekelas hotel bintang 5 dengan ruangan gym semini itu, it's not good. Just trying to be honest here.

Hotel in very good location, with good breakfast and friendly staff. condition of the bedrooms are clean and nice. Convenient about this hotel is that it is immediately on the main road, so saves time to get straight to your ending point. Will consider this hotel if any next trip.

雅加達和蘇拉巴亞的amaris酒店的熱情好客我一直感到滿意。考慮到他們良好的服務,我在這裏爲家人預訂了房間。我們需要提前入住,接待處也安排了房間。然而,找到一個停車位是一個更大的挑戰。地下室停車場的空間有限,而且隨着他們在舞廳舉行的活動,它變成了如此忙碌的經歷。沒有人在那裏管理停車場,因此有兩輛自私的汽車佔用了3個空間。當我找到一個停車位,匆忙地把我的行李送到大廳時,一個傢伙攔住我,讓我停在別的地方。真好!如果這個地點保留了,爲什麼沒有任何跡象????最後那個傢伙還是放了它。然而。大約晚上9點左右,我們一家人睡着了,接待處打電話叫醒了我們所有人。這是不能接受的。僅僅因爲你仍然醒着做你的工作,並不意味着你的客人也醒着。請提高你的人力資源素質。

尼斯大牀房酒店,入住與家庭2個孩子入住2個房間我發現這個大牀房很舒服,房間比它級別的其他酒店要大,大堂也寬敞房間乾淨清新,如果有任何員工友善,並且位於與PTC商場相鄰的Jl.Basuki Rahmad的戰略中心,您仍然可以在筆記本電腦上完成一些工作
