Excellent boutique hotel. The concierges at the desk and the entire staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. This really made our time in Sardinia special. The location in is in the heart of Palau with great energy. We enjoyed walking right outside the hotel going and going around the town, going for a drink and dinner. Our room had a beautiful view of the sea and was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The excursion with the boat company the hotel set up for us was a highlight of our time. Not far from Olbia airport. Can easily take the bus to travel to other parts of Sardinia. Highly recommend.

If you are thinking about booking this hotel, just do it. It is really charming (in the best sense), in a beautiful location just outside the town with stunning views. Staff could not have been more helpful, with a lovely welcome on arrival. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant on two occasions, the service and food was amazing. The view when we stepped outside the room (along the road) was breathtaking. Breakfast was amazing, with a really broad selection of gorgeous foods, especially pastries, as well as an omelette station. The pool area is really sheltered with comfortable beds. Palau itself is a lovely spot to visit, although very difficult to find somewhere to have lunch if you are not on the early side of lunch / do not have a reservation (and restaurant staff are quite rude in turning you away). The hotel was helpful in making dinner reservations for us which can be difficult to get at peak times. Highly recommended this hotel.

Struttura molto bella ed accogliente ben posizionata per la vicinanza al porto per poter fare escursioni alle isole, al paese, passeggiate in pineta e spiagge nelle immediate vicinanze. Un plauso va a tutto il personale della reception, ai camerieri, ai cuochi, baristi ,bagnini. Un ringraziamento speciale va ai responsabili e a tutto lo staff dell'animazione per la professionalita', bravura e simpatia dimostrata. Sembrava di conoscerli da sempre! Ci hanno messo a nostro agio, cone si fa con gli amici. Una vacanza da sogno. Grazie a tutti. Dora e Luigi.

Abbiamo trascorso 2 notti in questo hotel che si spaccia per un 4 stelle ottenute non si sa come ! Tanto per incominciare arriviamo nel primo pomeriggio nella convinzione di poter fare un tuffo in piscina che abbiamo trovato sporca ! Arriviamo in camera e nel frigo non troviamo neanche una bottiglietta d'acqua cortesia che si trova sempre anche in un b&b di quarto ordine!! Le camere sono trascurate e lo scarico del wc funziona appena !! Fin qui abbiamo cercato di essere tolleranti ,ma quando la sera di ritorno veniamo rimproverati da una dipendente perché a suo dire disturbavamo nonostante ben lontani dalle camere abbiamo iniziato a sentirci un po' a disagio !! Il culmine di questo disagio però lo abbiamo raggiunto la mattina successiva quando la stessa dipendente che di Angelico aveva solo il nome, passandoci vicino a esclamato una frase volgare facendo riferimento al profumo di una mia amica aprendo addirittura la finestra! Non solo ha successivamente rimproverato la barista perché a suo dire non doveva fare caffè a tutti forse convinta che non li avessimo pagati !! Insomma un esperienza spiacevole la cui nota positiva è stata solo la gentilezza della ragazza della reception e del bar! Neanche il direttore ha mostrato professionalità negandosi inizialmente al dialogo con una componente del gruppo che ovviamente chiedeva spiegazioni !! Da dimenticare a mai più ! Sconsigliatissimo

Grandioser Aufenthalt, kann man gar nicht anders sagen! Wir wurden sehr nett begrüsst und waren sehr angetan von der prunkvollen Empfangshalle. Wir waren schon oft in Las Vegas und fühlten uns wie in einem der dortigen *****-Hotels, was ich als durchaus positiv betonen möchte! Das Zimmer (Standart Double) war ebenso prunkvoll eingerichtet und mutete auch beim zweiten Blick recht hochwertig an. Das Hotel ist auch erst 10 Jahre alt und das merkt man definitiv. Die Poolanlage ist malerisch angelegt, die Ruheplätze weiter hinten machen ihrem Namen alle Ehre. Das hausinterne Restaurant haben wir separat bewertet, gehört auch absolut zu den Highlights. Dann kam nach bequemen Nächten im komfortablen Bett noch das Frühstück! Es mangelte an gar nichts, hatte alles im Überfluss und auch hier wieder top Service. Sehr entspannend auch die Regelung ”keine Kinder”. Da plärrte nichts herum und keine Szenen beim Frühstück. Bellissima! Wir würden hier sofort wieder buchen und empfehlen drei Nächte um die Insel zu erkundigen sowie die Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels auszukosten. Den SPA-Bereich haben wir zB gar nicht genutzt. Im Sommer macht das auch wenig Sinn. Dazu kann vielleicht noch angefügt werden, dass der Zutritt zum Spa reserviert werden muss. Ich glaube somit befinden sich max. 10 oder 12 Personen im Spa was natürlich super ist. Allerding kostet das auch 35€ pro Person (ohne Behandlungen etc.), was etwas hoch im Preis sein mag. Ansonsten kostet auch eine Nacht hier etwas mehr als anderswo aber ich finde den Preis (etwa ab 200€ pro Nacht beginnend) angepasst und fair.
