I'm elderly and disabled. booked an accessible room. On arrival found that the room was number 36 which was the furthermost room from the entrance. Asked for a nearer room, was told they were fully booked and given room 7 which was nearer but the bed was so high I could not get into it. Informed reception, all I got was a shrug and told again they were fully booked Slept in the chair and told reception in the morning. Contacted customer services for a refund and was told my my situation did not conform to the Good Nights Sleep policy. I am £300 out as I had booked for 4 nights, no refund.
