Yes the food was good , staff very polite

I'm elderly and disabled. booked an accessible room. On arrival found that the room was number 36 which was the furthermost room from the entrance. Asked for a nearer room, was told they were fully booked and given room 7 which was nearer but the bed was so high I could not get into it. Informed reception, all I got was a shrug and told again they were fully booked Slept in the chair and told reception in the morning. Contacted customer services for a refund and was told my my situation did not conform to the Good Nights Sleep policy. I am £300 out as I had booked for 4 nights, no refund.

TERRIBLE STAY!! Avoid Avoid Avoid! Last room available was only accessible room. Room full of spiders and cobwebs. Cobwebs full of dust. Room unclean. Didn’t get into room until late. Reported problem in morning to staff and showed them the state of room. Refund refused by customer relations manager Megan as state spiders and cleanliness or room do not fall under good night guarantee. Also states reception staff have no note of my complaint so lies being told. Poor show.

You could see scum hanging from the bathroom tap while running water. The cooked breakfast was cold every morning for the 3 days I stayed. WiFi was too poor to connect and use. Temperature was also too hot in the room and you couldn’t lower it.

Good location for a family wedding. Each member of staff was very courteous and helpful. Food was of a good standard. Only one hiccup was on our last morning during breakfast...we were asked to move from our table mid eating by the male manager. He shared that the table had been reserved for another family which he had with him. I apologised that I neither of us had noticed the reserved sign - and I looked for it...and there wasn't one. Rather than kick up a fuss and spoil what had been a positive experience up until then - we moved a table of 7 to 2 tables. In hindsight - I should have politely declined. I found this very unprofessional of the manager.

Gutted always thought when Lenny Henry said your "guarenteed a great nights" sleep in a Premier Inn thats what myself and mum would get...we didnt realise we would both be in agony with back ache thanks to the matress in Room 17. This is the first time in a Premier Inn that I have dreaded going to bed. Terrible matress it felt like a bed full of apples every part.We even went to the bottom of the bed to face the other way thinking this might help....but it didnt. Sometimes you dont want to complain and make a scene,its a small hotel and a very open reception area that every one could hear you,so we put up with the bed. Also when you unpack everything because you are there a few nights,you dont want to then have to pack up and move again especially when your mums 80. Disappointed in our stay at the Linwood (Glasgow/Paisley ) hotel.Its put me off using another Premier Inn now.

This has been nothing but a nightmare fr start to finish arrived and they charged me twice which was said to be a mistake and refunded then recieve a very unprofessional letter thru door saying they won't be refunding not helpful at all even though i was distressed by it all i have autisum no mattress on one bed or sofa bed been trying to chase answers since Saturday and have been hit with brick walls not professional at all to the point we left the day before we were supposed to

Premier Inn Paisley. Visited with a friend on Saturday night, Tracey on reception was very welcoming and her knowledge of the area was great. Needed some help accessing the WiFi, nothing was too much trouble for her. Great stay. Would recommend.
