Devon Bay

Stayed Mon 2 Fri in B6 a three bedroom dog friendly classic caravan. requested a van close to parking, and was not disapointed, parking directly opposite. the caravan itself was very roomy and had everything you needed, large TV, CH and very comfy beds, even out of season the park was very well kept, lots of work going on around the site as you would expect out of season. If you are staying in the area. this is one of the best sites. the staff were all polite and very helpful. back down in April for yet another visit. will be no 12.

Well equipped caravan for all or needs, lovely warm and cosy for the time of year and bonus hot tub which was lovely and warm even in the rain, out of season so so onsite shop shut but only a short walk to the local spar and takeaways, excellent bus service only 10 minutes walk away where we went to Paignton and Brixham for a couple of £££, the bus comes to the site but stops end of October, would definitely recommend and will be back again soon

My daughter has just had her birthday party here. The staff were absolutely exceptional. They kept checking on us to see if we needed anything/if everything was alright, kept us updated on what was next and accommodated for children with additional needs and food allergies. I cannot recommend this place enough, from the moment we arrived we were treated so kindly. Every single member of staff was happy and cheerful and it really made the day. Thank you Hoburne for an amazing birthday party!!

1/5 6 minutes ago on Google Nice park , clean some friendly staff , some snotty staff! Kids pools brilliant, enterainment for kids brilliant ! Food absoutley discusting the worst !uncooked or just the cheapest produce!!! The prices are disgusting £6 for 2 cokes ! Paignton is a dive one if dirtiest seaside towns ive been to, however surrounding areas like torquay, plymouth, brixham and dartmouth really beautiful and worth a visit! When i booked this caravan park i payed 984 for a 3 bed caravan , when booked i wasnt told it was hilly or that parking was limited anyway couple weeks before i was due to arrive had a courtsey call to ask if mobility was a issue and that i might not get a car park space close to van, i said it wasnt good enough as wasnt informed of this at time of booking , however we was allocated a different van with parking as my dad has a blue badge he has cancer and has limited mobility , so that was great ! So we thought!!!! The caravan in question was H6 and it was coverd in tree foliage and treees all around the van , no sunlight was able to get through the decking area was gloomy grey dull all because the thick trees blocked out the sun on every angle , we was the only caravan that had this issue , anyways unable to use decking due to the shade and the caravan inside was constantley dark ! I complained to reception told them we have come from the other side of the country and we didnt expect to be placed in shade and tree foliage , it was so gloomy my father never once got to sit on decking , you have to see it to believe it , anyways best reception could offer was to have the debri from trees swept up everyother day????? I mean i wanted a caravan placed out of the shade especially when everyone around us who got the sun!!! Staff even told us this paticular caravan is always complained about , had another holiday make who owns there own van comment on us getting short straw with van!!! Ive complained and no joy just really disheartend with this as we go away to enjoy the simple thjng as decking just to sit in the morning or when ever relax enjoy the weather but horbourn took our money knowing it was the worst placed caravan on the park !!! Another great holiday at Hoburne Devon Bay. Superb caravan - Select Plus 3 - in Mallard Rise. Spotlessly clean - could not find a spec of dirt/fluff/mildew/stains etc anywhere ! Exceptional quality and comfort. Lovely sunny position for afternoon and evening sunshine. Great facilities. Entire park extremely well kept and maintained. Fantastic location for exploring South Devon with or without a car. Lovely and quiet during the week we were there and the weather was brilliant. We will be back in 2025 !

We absolutely love Hoburne, the caravans are beautiful, well kept and very clean. What made our stay even more enjoyable was the brilliant entertainers, in particular Kerry - the little blonde Scottish lady, full of energy and had my children smiling and laughing all holiday during the evening entertainment and activities. We would definitely reccomend Hoburne.

Can’t fault Hoburne Devon bay. Staff friendly and polite. Swimming pool clean, fun slide for the children. Outdoor areas spacious and well attended to. Very large outdoor pool, hope to come back and use it in the summer. Club house newly renovated. A singer on each night. Couple of little low key arcades and a handy soft play areas for little ones. Service slow for food in the club house, prob need a few more staff as they were certainly non stop in their roles and very helpful ensuring you had all you needed. Lovely downstairs cafe and icecreams area, saw people having cooked breakfast which looked and smelt nice! Toby and Kayleigh very good with the children. Great views over to the coast, ideally set for Goodrington and Paignton visits. The place is top notch for families - we will be back. Oh yes, and the caravans were well appointed, beds made up even had towels provided - immaculately clean. Great balcony and chairs for enjoying fresh air.

Hoburne Devon Bay is a fantastic place. A special mention must go to the Entertainment Team who work so hard to make everyone's stay enjoyable. In particular Kerry Macdonald, who's singing, party dancing, enthusiasm and energy is exceptional.

From the moment we walked through the door it was the perfect stay and just what we needed! A massive thanks to Simon and reception for going above and beyond! The lovely staff in Cafeh above and beyond each evening. Thank you so much
