帕哈爾加姆河景度假村(River View Resort Pahalgam)

Best hotel property among the hotels near Rafting point at Pahalgam. Mesmerizing river view at the back side of the hotel. Rooms are moderately big with beautiful interiors. Taxi stand no. 3 is also near-by, from where you can get the taxi for pahalgam excursion easily. Restaurant is spacious and clean with a nice interior and furniture. Staff is very friendly and nice. Overall cleanliness is also maintained in the hotel. Food is also good.

* The heating process in the bedroom was very slow. * The staff in the restaurant was not much co-operative in terms of courtesy towards children. * As it was roof top so it was little cozy in the bathroom to stand.

Hotel doesn't know basic hospitality meaning, ***ager is very rude and restaurant service not friendly. Be careful with ***ager as he only say my policy or style of working. Kindly ask about inclusion, room type,meals before booking and hotel has power issues as well

We stayed here for a night. Everything was just right, the mattresses, the bed linen, the towels, the centralised hot water supply. My only complaint was they refuse to serve omelettes. It seems they have alternate boiled egg and omelette days! My bad luck - I turned up on a boiled egg day. The breakfast spread is great, by the way. Unfortunately, local sightseeing has to be done in local taxis, even if you have come in a hired car of your own!

The place is 10 km short of Pahalgam town,on an unpaved approach-last 500 meters or so. The property is one of about half a dozen sude by side ***** a dirt path.Lider River is not easily viewed from the room.It is located near the end point of river rafting (only in season with fuller water flows. The rooms are tiny and just adequate. The beds are comfortable, though. The TV in our room was non functional for 50% of our stay.The plastic bucket was not clean. Food (breakfast and dinner)was pricey for the few dishes on the menu.Staff did not wear any uniform. Regarding payment for the stay and food ,no receipt is given or offered.Perhaps they avoid reporting/ recording GST payments collected from the customer ?

It was ok type experience to stay here..Rooms were spacious but food was really very bad..Location was good it's near Rafting point far from main market. Heater was not working properly. No lift in the hotel.. Please avoid to stay here.Costly and not comfortable stay.

Yes the river view resort is also very beautiful be enjoyed a lot of we see the river this no is melting and the water coming is it's too beautiful and the food quality is not likeable and but the problem is some tourist are coming in hotels they are vegetarian but there is also the service of non vegetarian is not like able

No one picks their phone! You call the reception 8-4 times no answer! Call the reception 8-4 times no answer! The duty ***ager will never call back. Its as unresponsive as it gets. They will really not bother with a call back ever! And they keep transferring your calls from one person to the other

Good rooms with good heating arrangement. Clean washrooms with running hot water through out. Good buffet spread for both dinner and breakfast. Courteous staff always ready to help. The earliest one can get a cup of milk is 7 am !
