Reservamos por teléfono este albergue entendiendo a 16 euros la noche. Entendimos mal. Cuando llegamos nos dijo 27 € a pesar de que en booking este a 22 . 27 euros por dormir en una sala con 10 camas?? 3€ una cerveza? Que la cena se debe pagar por adelantado, un plato de carne 14 €? ? Que ves que hay amigos tuyos que les cobra a 30€ ? Que a los extranjeros les mete mas dinero aún?que el entorno y zona de descanso son espectaculares. ? Nada más. Pq acompañado de eso tiene que venir un buen servicio , que abran a las 3 de la tarde el checking y se formen colas y tengas que esperar hasta la seis? Que ni te acompañen a la habitación para decirte cual es tu cama y dónde están los servicios? Que les.digas que le pagas los 22 de booking enseñando que se puede reservar a ese precio ,que es como esta y te diga que no puede, pero si puede cobrar de mas? De verdad, nefasto. Caro , mal servicio, mala educación. Imagino que las últimas críticas sean de otros propietarios del año 2022.. una pena ...pq el lugar está muy bien. De hecho hemos estado en otro Vintecatro ...con piscina y de lujo. En habitación de 5 camas por 15 euros y con desayuno. Que este lagar el desayuno era café solo y aguado...vergonzoso. y si lo sé es por que mis amigos me lo han contado.

El mejor albergue en el camino portugués a Santiago. Es un edificio histórico conservado de forma impecable. Además con un predio con parque muy grande y una hermosa piscina. La atención de Elías es excelente y hace sentir a todos como invitados en su casa.

O atendimento, tratanento, espaços e pessoal muito acolhedores. Tem uum ar rustico e mediaval com todo o conforto, para quem quer manter o espirito pegegrino. O antigo lagar esta preservado e ppermite aprender como tudo funcionava na altura

The place is amazing, clean and charming. The house is historical heritage so they have to keep the origin of the house, which is very cool. Helias and his wife Ana plus son Jose were lovely people. Location is brilliant just what we needed before arriving in Santiago! The last meal where everyone seat together was one of the owner brilliant idea. But I need to mention, maybe for being new in the industry, they need a new management strategy as you can feel their "stress" because of workload. Totally understandable it's not easy to find people to work in the area, as they mentioned, however a booking system should be implemented, a few different set menus, ways for people to pay in advance or after dinner, something to minimize their stress. And I believe because of the short staff again, Ana and her son constantly need to pay attention of payments. We had a little issue after meal where some of us paid for their ice cream and some not, and they wanted to charge again. Some feedback were given at the time and we really hope they manage these issues, as it was not pleasant at all. Apart from that, everything was perfect! Food was amazing, they even did BBQ for us on a Monday, when normally they offer on weekends only. Little breakfast was a plus! Well done Ana and Helias, I'll definitely recommend you!

We were a group of 16 pilgrims walking the Camino Portuguese. We enjoyed the pool after a long day on the Camino. We had dinner on site and it was delicious. The owners Eva and her husband treated us like queens. The only thing were the beds were hard. The continental breakfast was included and ready for us in the morning. Some of our group left at 6:00am so it was very much appreciated. I would recommand that century old albergue

Eva y Guillermo son grandes anfitriones , sale de ellos ofrecerte su ayuda y consejos , el albergue está muy cuidado y la limpieza es exahustiva , pocos sitios del camino te ofrecen sábanas de hilo y toallas de tela , ya estábamos cansados de dormir en sábanas de papel desechables , van por delante de las necesidades del cliente , gracias por ser unos anfitriones de diez.precioso lugar y preciosa gente
