梅庫恩木屋汽車旅館(Chalet Motel Mequon)

A nice little motel to catch some shut eye, but don't expect any bells and whistles.

VERY EXCELLENT HOTEL TO STAY AT AND VERY CLEAN ALSO THE ROOMS ARE BEYOND EXPECTED FOR THE PRICE RATE I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE

the location of the office was not identifiable from the car. the office was not staffed upon entry. our reservation was not honored when we arrived at 10:00 pm. the facility is a dirty, run down,1960s pit. not what the description would lead one to expect.

Ok hotel. Hurtig og gnidningsfri indcheckning. Værelset var rent, men fremstår slidt og gammelt. Perfekt til en enkelt overnatning, hvor man reelt kun skal bruge et sted at sove

It was very hard to get to sleep with the upstairs people walking back and forth upstairs with noises with every step. It continued early in the morning. The room was very old, beds were comfortable, price was too high for the old accommodations. Very few rooms were occupied.

Nice inexpensive hotel with refrigerator and large bathroom. Yes, the property is dated, but who cares? The bathroom was larger than the more premium hotels I've stayed at in the past. It was a 12 minute drive to Cedarburg, there is a couple of restaurants--one in the same parking lot and one across the street. Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful

So I saw all the 5 star ratings, overall rating higher than Comfort Inn Suites, Hampton Inn, and Holiday Inn; and I thought I found the diamond in the rough. I assure you I didn’t, those high ratings had to be solely on affordability. The property is right out of the 70’s; it is dated and it’s exterior is run down, the TV is tiny and all stations are fuzzy, and overall it just has a sketchy vibe. However the reason I give it 3 stars and not 1 are because the rooms were clean, bed comfortable and staff was friendly - and although the property feels sketchy the area appears nice. So why I write this is to let you know that although it is rated higher than those other hotels mentioned, it is a significant, significant downgrade - but it is affordable.

The hotel was nice, friendly staff, clean. The facility is older but it is apparent that maintenance is a priority and was on going. Location is comfortable and safe for walking. Parking is plentiful and access is easy.

I had no problem with my recent stay but I still have a hold on my bank card from staying there in February. Front desk couldn't give me any real answers why there is a $93 hold on my card so I'm not too happy with the establishment.
