牛津白金飯店(Premier Inn Oxford Cowley)

It’s ok hotel. But the some staffs are not that friendly. It’s really difficult to deal things. It’s just some staff and some staffs are good too. So it depends on which staff you are dealing with

The place is ok, it’s a bit far from the city center. Out if 10 I can give 7

A little odd layout. Three buildings which led to us walking quite a way to our room But the room was clean and tidy and comfortable. The receptionist was charming

Ok but not very goood

Dear Premier Inn I booked 45 rooms over two nights for a business meeting. Hotel was fine but your app is woeful, even your staff complain about it. When you search a booking it crashes and says something went wrong. And today I find out that without calling your customer service you do not automatically receive refunds for cancelled rooms, on your call waiting Sir Lenny says just sit back and wait for your refund. You take the money in one day and 15 days to return it? I will think again before I part with a few thousand pounds.

We had an accessible room with lowered bath booked for 2 nights. When we arrived we were directed to another building. The doors are not automatic to the rooms making it hard or wheelchair users. Our bed was a small double at best and was booked for 2 adults one who was in a wheelchair. There were stains all over the walls. Pink mould behind the tap. The noise from the room above was unbearable. When we raised this we were offered a different room for the second night which was worlds apart from the first one it was fantastic and just what we needed. Could not have asked for more but we had to pack up and vacate the first room so it could be cleaned and the next room was not ready for a few hours which left us having to vacate the hotel even though we had booked a 2 night stay

A reasonable stay near the city centre, rooms comfortable and clean with good parking on site. Park and ride fairly near by. Check in poorly organised and seemed to take ages with long queues. Key cards kept deactivating which was very inconvenient as you had to join the check in queue to get them reactivated.

We have stayed at Premier Inn many times, but this time upgraded to the newer Premier Rooms. The room had a coffee machine and fridge, both a great advantage. Disappointed to find unfilled holes in the bathroom wall where a towel rack had been moved, unfinished repair work to another wall, and a missing bedside light. Thanksfully this did not distract too much from the say - just very disappointing.

My wife and I booked in for two nights as we needed somewhere close to an appointment my wife had with a very early start time. Online booking was very easy. One plus point was plenty of free parking which you rarely get these days. On arrival we had a nice welcome and our room was clean and well appointed. The hotel was very quiet and everyone staying was adhering to the notices asking residents to move around quietly. There was plenty of hot water and the bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept in. There is an onsite restaurant and there was a good selection of reasonably priced food. All the staff were very polite and helpful, and were especially accommodating when we found we might have to stay an extra night. In the end this was not needed but the fact they were prepared to go that little bit extra was the icing on the cake. If you are visiting I would suggest you book in advance to ensure you get a table for either the evening menu or the breakfast as the venue is very popular with not only guest but local residents. While we didn’t have time on this occasion it is an ideal place to be based to go into Oxford using local transport.
