滿月飯店(Full Moon Hotels)

We had a quiet and peaceful stay in this quaint hotel. It's a place i would love to visit again but they have to deal with the mosquitoes.....gosh the mosquitoes!!!! You can't wear shorts and sit for long by the pool side at night. You'd be inviting malaria. Generally quiet at night, neat rooms and bathrooms.

A good hotel with very condusive environment with over secured security network. One of the best in the Eastern heart land if not Nigeria at large . But recently it has turn to a shadow of it's self, advancing from bad to worst. A shift from a perfect managerial structure to a quasi management/ zero management structure. A hotel now owned and controlled by the Gm and so called arrogant accountant people with zero management skills, lack of humor and no atom of unity of direction. The journey of thousand miles starts with a step, the fall of full moon hotel start with this present GM and over Abusive Accountant. Seeing how this noble hotel operates before now I ask what happened to the other managers? Were they just sacked for the hotel to be run and managed by these incompetent Duo?

Our stay at Full Moon was the most enjoyable we've ever had. From the beginning, we enjoyed all their amenities. They have an international restaurant where i was able to get dishes from home. They have spa and a gym with the friendliest staff. While we were there, we experienced a personal tragedy and the way they responded was unprecedented. The entire staff made sure we knew they cared and were genuinely sympathetic. They just went above and beyond. I had never seen hospitality like that. The staff felt like friends and family by the time we checked out. The hotel itself is big and clean. The rooms are spacious. Ovetall, its a great deal. The marketing manager was amazing with us, adding a personal touch to everything. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Owerri..

I stayed at this hotel in January 2020 and returned to Full Moon for more than a week stay in April 2021 for another wonderful experience. I have traveled all over the world, and I thought my best hotel experience was in Singapore and China but Full Moon hotel is the top on the list of hotels I have stayed in different cities in Nigeria, North America, Europe and Asia. What's so unique and pleasant about this hotel is everything gets better with time. In order words, the longer you stay the more you like it. The business center, buffet breakfast, pool-side bar, reception service, room service, laundry service, etc. were exceptional. The hotel has registered drivers that can take guests around the city safely. My special thanks to the management team and the entire staff for the great work they are doing to make Full Moon a world-class hotel, especially the able Operations Manager Ms. Esther, Cynthia (restaurant) and Hope (business center), just to mention a few. I highly recommend this hotel and it remains my destination while visiting Owerri. - Sam O.
