Very friendly and room was very spacious and clean

El hotel es bueno y todo está bien, lo único malo es que la limpieza es muy mala, yo tuve que limpiar todo y desinfectar, trapear el piso por qué no lo habían limpiado, la tina tenia cabellos

Hotel is very nice. Staff super friendly and helpful from front desk to continental breafast attendant. Room was nice and clean.

Very clean, very nice staff, very convenient for concerts, but I booked through ******* and paid extra so I could wait and pay when I got to the property, when I checked in at the front desk I ask if I could pay with cash at the end of my stay and the lady said yes, but I checked out and a different lady was at the desk and she inform me that my card had done been charged and I could not use cash. Wish I would’ve known up front, my card was just about to its limit and I needed it for other things.

I can not say how impressed I was with the friendliness of the staff. The room was great, and you can't believe the location. Close to everything you could possibly want. I would definitely stay here again if in the Huntsville area.

Great place to stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. Gym has few equipment but works well.

Room was clean and comfortable It has okay distance that you can take good walk to Big Spring park in front of Art museum
