Visited Sam's Bed and Breakfast on a one evening business trip. Accommodation was clean, smart and in excellent condition. Sam was also very accommodating with regular contact being made to ensure all my needs were met. Breakfast was prompt and delicious before my trip to the office. Would highly recommend this B & B. My wife and I will be visiting as a mid-distance stop between North East UK and Cornwall next year.

This was my fourth stay at Swallows Rest which shows how much I enjoy staying here. From the beautiful décor and comfy beds to the super delicious high quality homemade breakfast - it's always such a treat after taking or collecting my daughter from university in Nottingham. Sam is always so welcoming and helpful. It truly feels like a home from home. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

The room was very nice.......Sam was very welcoming... Lovely biscuits on arrival. Bed was very comfy. Tv and channels was very usefull. Lovely bathroom ...... Fridge in room was nice touch...... Breakfast was very good.....

A gorgeous country house with three guest rooms and lovely dining room. Bedroom, en suite totally comfortable. Everything was just perfect. Easy to park car outside door. Breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious.

Absolutely beautiful room, bed was super comfortable, bathroom was gorgeous and breakfast was 10/10 .
The owner Sam had great communication before my stay and during the stay , she made us very comfortable.
Would definitely highly recommend staying here.

Can’t possibly fault it! Lovely Sam let us into her gorgeous extension of 3 rooms, all of outstanding fashionable quality. Super little quaint village , impressive accom with tasty breakfast and amazing attention to detail. One of the best!

amazing little place to say , the views are great in the morning looking over the countryside . very clean and modern but keeping in tact with the countryside vibe. the service was outstanding and sam was very accommodating. she made sure that she added the personal touch to the stay to make you feel very welcome throughout . 10/10 would highly recommend . it also has its own vineyard just a small walk down the field.

A lovely stay in an outstanding B&B beautiful room and bathroom,situated in a village surrounded by amazing countryside. Host Sam was fab nothing too much trouble breakfast superb will definitely be back and would thoroughly recommend
