蓋洛德萬豪萬楓飯店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Gaylord)

Its a decent hotel, but $150 incidental charge is very high. Yes, it was fully refunded but i have never been charged that much.

The breakfast was amazing with lots of variety. I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. rooms were clean and spacious.

Carpet had spots missing, shower was unusable because the spout let water go everywhere. If you didn’t wash your hair you didn’t have a choice, and no hair dryer. Front desk girl that was trying was not nice or welcoming. Other front desk people were nice. Overall not worth the price point. Better to stay at the comfort suites across the street. Bigger rooms and cheaper.

Hot tub was not working. The only reason we booked this hotel for the face that the surrounding hotels did not have hotels. It was advertised a hot tub.

I love staying at Fairfield Gaylord. It's always clean and comfortable. During peak seasons, I cannot afford to stay here for extended periods, but off-season, I love staying here. It's a treat.

Great place to stay, the staff is friendly, breakfast is better than most, and rooms are clean and comfortable.

Pulled up to check in. Few people were setting outside throwing back a few. Sounded like they had been doing it for a while. Check in was ok, no issues. Got up to the room. Then we started the odyssey. Found hair on the floor in the bathroom, ok not the cleanest motel. Then pulled back the bed. Found hair all over the bed. Called down to complain. We were told to come get some new keys and they would move us. We gathered our bags and went to the next room. Pulled back the covers before we unpacked. Well, our friend the hair was there too. The sheet looked like it hadn't been changed in a few months. The lady at the desk was in the room with us. So, I pulled the comforter off and found more hair. The front desk lady got new clean sheets and changed out everything for us. Needless to say, the room felt unclean after that point.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was a very clean hotel, the staff was wonderful

Check in was very smooth, the room was clean, and it was nice to have the pool to myself. :)
