the air inside the room is bad the pillow is bad smell i dont feel good at the bed i dont know why the price is 240 euro/night and the conditions are bad i will never go again at this hotel neverrrr very old inside and plug are like year 1970 i feel bad

It’s been more than 10 years since I ve been at ibis Sesto Fiorentino Hotel and I still chose it for my business trips. Friendly staff,free parking,quiet area and very clean rooms.I suggest it,specially for travellers by car!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato per il Firenze Rock,ottima posizione, molto pulito, personale accogliente, l'unica nota stonata è stata l'aria condizionata molto rumorosa e non avevamo il telecomando, credo sia centralizzata, maniglia del bagno che si staccava e soffitto del bagno con crepe.

Πήγαμε 5ημερη. Ας ξεκινήσουμε από το ότι τα δωμάτια ήταν αηδιαστικά με κηλίδες αίματος και κραγιόν, μες στην σκόνη και είχε υπερβολική ζέστη χωρις να μπορούμε να ρυθμίσουμε την θερμοκρασία. Το ξενοδοχείο βρισκόταν στην μεση του πουθενά. Στην ρεσεψιόν δεν ξέρανε αγγλικά καθόλου. Υπήρχαν ζωντανά έντομα (κατσαρίδες,μύγες κλπ) στους τοίχους. Πέρα από αυτό στο ξενοδοχείο υπήρχαν περίεργοι άνθρωποι που κοιτούσανε περίεργα στα απέναντι δωμάτια από τα δικά μας με αποτέλεσμα να φοβόμαστε. Πρωινό δεν μπήκαμε καν στην διαδικασία να φάμε γιατί είχαμε σιχαθεί. Φαινόταν ότι τα δωμάτια είχανε να καθαριστούν πάνω από βδομαδες καθώς έβρισκες τρίχες, κηλίδες από φαγητά κ ποτά παντού πέρα από τα αίματα κ τα κραγιόν που προανέφερα. Τα δωμάτια μυρίζανε μούχλα κ ένα από τα δωμάτια δεν είχε κρεβάτια. Γενικά οι συνθήκες άθλιες. Το ξενοδοχείο θελει ανάφλεξη όχι απλά καθαρισμό. Δεν το συνιστώ, απλά θα κλέψουν τα λεφτά σας!

The reception Staff were particularly good. The room was OK. We decided to eat in the `Restaurant`. The Waitress was not really interested. We waited and waited for just the menu to arrive. We ordered our food which came relatively quickly, the soup that was listed did not resemble any soup we have ever experienced. The ice cream which I could not eat was disgusting. The Waitress had disappeared we could not discus this issue at all. Having travelled nearly 600 kilometers that day in the heat, we could not wait because we were so tired. In the morning when we went to settle the bill, we found it had already been taken and the Receptionist did not want to understand and offered us two beers, small compensation.

走路就可以到大教堂，位置還算可以，房間也夠大，但是有蚊子，有蚊子！晚上睡覺一定要點蚊香（酒店有提供）。酒店有餐廳（但我們沒有吃，因為佛羅倫薩有太多可以吃的啦）。 如果要用酒店的洗衣房，洗衣5歐，烘乾一次4.5歐，烘乾時一定要選最高温度，當時怕烘壞衣服，結果要多花4.5去烘差不多已經乾的衣服。 前台不錯，手腳利落，有效率。

The location is excellent I walked everywhere I wanted to go. The Uffizi Gallery, the Florence Cathedral, and the Leonardo da Vinci museum were not very far. There was also an excellent gelato place just across the river. Other than the location there was nothing amazing, and they charge for everything, from even checking in there to storing bags. Breakfast was free, but it was small and only served for an hour from 9:30-10:30. I like to get out around 8 before things get too busy, so this was not ideal. I ended up doing something early and coming back for a later breakfast. This hostel is fine, a little expensive, but not horrible.

They requested E14 pp to use the pool.! I couldn’t find it in their website where they inform clients of this beforehand. Not a facility a 4 star hotel has for their clients as complimentary. Ridiculous. Too far away from centre. No gel/shower in bathroom, even a 3 star Holiday Inn has these facilities or a Premier Inn chain. Would not recommend this hotel. £254 and not the facilities for a 4star hotel. Hotel needs to have 2 stars removed.

Best Western Plus CHC Florence has the best, friendliest, kindest employees, probably in the world. The breakfast is excellent, a buffet with great variety and service. The rooms are comfortable, well stocked, and very clean. The area is lively and convenient, has lots of choices for transportation, dining, and many businesses. It's about 5 minutes from the airport by car, and 2 stops by public transportation My mom happened to have an emergency while we were staying at BW for vacation, which forced me to extend my stay for 19 days. Even though the hotel was full, front desk staff accommodated me, and helped me in every way they could with tips, directions, everything I needed. Employees from the restaurant even took me out to dinner on my birthday. The rooms are clean and organized The issue is: nothing works, I tried to connect to wi Fi and it kept disconnecting, I asked the crew and they simply told me there was no connection in the rooms and I would have to stay in the hall if I wanted to use it The air conditioning control was also broken and I had to learn how to turn on the lights because they're all broken These are basic things is not too much to ask And there's also no breakfast even though the site says it includes breakfast
