Our vehicle was broken into in the middle of the night on the property and we were parked underneath one of the parking lot lights. When we reported it the next morning, the gentleman at the front desk did not apologize, he didn’t offer a vacuum to clean the glass up so that we could at least get somewhere to clean it better. We asked for a manager to call us and we have yet to hear from anyone and it happened Saturday night/Sunday morning. The rest of the property was fine, will not stay here again though!

It was not that great lumpy bed pillows bad. Our son’s room was filled with stink bugs on the window blinds and curtains. We got that at 215 even after we had called earlier to see if we could get an early check in but were unable to also. I believe your staff in understaffed

This is the hotel I have always booked when visiting my daughter at WMU. This is the first year out of the last 4 that the stay was average. Check-in was simple, the staff was friendly. Our room was spacious and lots of nice amenities, nice sized refrigerator/freezer, sink, cablinets, microwave, small area for a table and chairs in the kitchenette area, but there were about 5 stink bugs in the room. Some were dead, some were alive. Took care of that on our own. The mattresses on the bed could use an update. They were starting to sink towards the middle and could hear the springs when moving. The pool area was crowded, not sure what was going on and the hot tub was not very clean (black scum floating around). The breakfast was decent.

It was a place to sleep overnight. The elevator was the topic of conversation. We were on the 4th floor or we probably would have walked down. It was clean. The breakfast was well stocked. Syrup was restocked when it ran out

Property was quiet with a nice indoor pool and hot tub. It was conveniently located by shopping and restaurants.

Another great stay as I’ve stayed here several times when visiting family in Kalamazoo. Lena was very friendly/helpful upon check-in. Looking forward to my next visit!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, I could not get any hot water in the shower. Also the curtains do not close all the way and there is a very bright light outside the window. For both of these reasons I would not come back.

Front staff is very friendly. Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable, loved having a fridge and microwave.

The staff was friendly, everything seemed clean, and room was spacious. We had a pleasant stay
