Malgré la covid l'hotel offre un petit déjeuner comme prévu mais on doit manger dans notre chambre

The front desk was nice but before check we had called and asked for the sofa bed to be made up when we arrived it was not. When we asked for extra linens we were told they had none. The towels were ripped and had stains. The pillows and bedding had stains. Furniture in the room was dated and stained. Beds were uncomfortable. Bathroom had a sewage smell and the the sinks and tubs drained very very slowly. Would not consider coming to this location again.

We really liked the basement parking that was available with an automatic garage door. It was safe to leave items in the car overnight. I also stayed a few days earlier and left and expensive curling iron. Upon our return, the front desk had the curling iron to hand back to us! Wow! The automatic pancake maker is a fun and easy device! Hot and made in one minute. We liked it better than a waffle maker that is at most hotels. We arrived right after a bus was checking in. They were very organized with the large group and had each key ready to go. We only waited 5 minutes to get our key. Wow! Well put together hotel. 5 stars all the way!!!

We were very impressed with this hotel, a nice facility, close to several local restaurants with great food. Despite the area, the hotel was clean and friendly and had all the amenities we needed, and a great breakfast. The kids loved the snack room and the pool. Staff were very helpful and took care of any requests we had.

The facility and newness of it was great! Lovely rooms, common areas etc. Pool maintenance- very questionable. I think my child became physically sick due to pool water: brown tinge; scummy look to top layer, one skimmer was not working.

This is a great location. It’s clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. It was close to all the places we visited (shopping and kids play places) The breakfast exceeded my expectations and the pool was clean and a good size.

I have stayed at this hotels various times before, and have always been very happy with my choice. The rooms a spacious, clean, good space to work, modern. Breakfast is excellent, and it is close to many restaurants in the area. Free parking. It fills my requirements, and more!

enjoyed the stay. unfortunately there was a glitch between ******* and hotel and reservations did not arrive. Hotel staff able to work around this computer problem

The hotel is located conveniently downtown. It is close to restaurants, shops etc. all in walking distance. The breakfast is good, lots of different options. The rooms are clean & service is excellent.

No water pressure at 6th floor. Hot water issues on 6th floor. Even after complaining about the no body wash in the washroom they did not fix it all. Used towel was in my washroom after checking in.

I enjoyed the size of the guest room. It was huge allowing for a relaxing atmosphere.I was able to share the room with my cats. They also enjoyed the spaciousness of the room and the washroom.
