艾米利亞別墅飯店(Hotel Villa Emilia)

I booked this last minute due to a plan change and arrived very late at night, well beyond the check-in time. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. If I remember correctly, her name is Rita. She assisted me from the moment I checked in, helped me carry my bags, and explained everything. Breakfast was also good.The room was nice and clean.

Sono stata in questo hotel con tutta la famiglia, eravamo in quattro e siamo stati bene. Pulizia perfetta, cibo eccellente. Piacevole è stato il buffet di Ferragosto. L'hotel offre i mezzi di trasporto gratuiti per raggiungere le località delle escursioni e l'ingresso alla piscina di Ortisei e noi abbiamo sfruttato queste possibilità. Il rapporto qualità prezzo , per essere ad Ortisei, è quello che ci ha convinti a prenotare. la vacanza è stata piacevole. Il personale gentile e professionale. L'hotel è vintage ...quindi un salto nel passato può sempre essere gradito.

Hi, I was very disappointed with the standard of the hotel, it is more like an bed and breakfast/ hostel standard. I got the smallest room, hardly space for a suitcase, old bed,carpet on floor,old bathroom, cheap standard. I paid almost 700 Euro for 4 nights.... I would say this is not an 3 star hotel. Only thing that was positive about the stay was the food. Very good!

Settimana piacevole. Personale gentile. Cibo buono. Pulizia perfetta. Un giardino con una bella vista sulle montagne. A pochi passi dal centro di Ortisei. Ma il top è l’accoglienza dei nostri amici pelosi che sono ben trattati come dei super ospiti. Abbiamo fatto colazione e cenato con loro in una saletta dedicata a noi. Consigliato comunque a tutti.

When it was rainy and cool outside it was lovely to be in the comfortable and warm rooms inside! Lots of lovely natural light flooding into our top floor room that had spectacular views of the village and mountains. The bed was really comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provide great options for the breakfast. Using the complementary pool tickets (for the local pool) after hiking the mountains was fantastic! The beautiful green lawn with lounge chairs and tables and chairs was a lovely place to enjoy the fresh air and views! I would recommend Hotel Villa Emilia!

Hotel situato in una magnifica vallata in prossimita' del centro , siamo stati accolti con estrema cortesia e professionalità, camere molto pulite, cucina eccellente , personale sempre molto disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta ,lo consigliamo

Overall a wonderful experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the views are amazing. It has a great lounge area outside to view the mountains. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good, the water pressure was strong, plus the price is very reasonable. 10/10 stay. Highly recommend

Lovely hotel with a great view over the village. Easy 10 minute walk into town and close to the Seceda cable car.

Hotel ubicado en una zona muy tranquila de Ortisei, con vistas al pueblo y a la montaña. Dispone de aparcamiento privado gratuito, no cerrado pero absolutamente seguro para ir en moto. La única pega que le voy a poner a mi estancia, es la habitación, aunque le quedaría más apropiado señalarla como camarote. No era una habitación, era como un camarote de un barco, pequeña, muy pequeña. El desayuno bufet muy correcto y bastante completo, con lácteos, embutidos, fruta, cereales, muesli, yogurt artesanal, tanto natural como de sabores...
