倫敦奧平頓普瑞米爾客棧(Premier Inn London Orpington)

Lots of shopping nearby and placed to dine out. Even had a cinema across the way. Premier was easy accessible though car stay a little bit further than we thought. Not as expensive as first thought. Shop anywhere and they will clear the park to sort for free along with premier inn doing this also. Quiet and comfy stay.

I booked a 4 night stay in an accessible room during the holiday period for £269 The room had the following issues; 1. Awful smell due to clogged shower drain and sink drain. The receptionist was able to partially unclog the sink drain, but the other issue remained. 2. Mucoid substance coming out of the sink pipe, making the water in the room unusable (see attached pictures and videos). I had to resort to buying bottles of water to brush my teeth, wash my hands, etc. I reached out to the hotel with the pictures and videos, and after a wait of almost 1 month, I was offered a "goodwill gesture" of £36. I wrote back saying that whilst I agree a full refund is not needed, the amount offered is almost insulting. The response I received was that they've considered my evidence but cannot do any more. I find this unacceptable for a hotel of such renown. Book a stay at your own displeasure.

Upon checking in the advisor seemed very aloof and inexperienced at first I was not clear that she worked there as she came and just stood over me whilst I was trying to figure out how to check in without introducing herself. I had to tell her I had never used premier in before and that I needed her help with the check in. It was a very bizarre experience as I have never had this experience visiting any other hotels. She handed me my card without the room number on it so I asked her where needed to go as she did not communicate this. I found her really rude and slightly odd. When I went up stair the lights kept cutting out because I took my card out of the slot as I wasn’t aware you have to keep it in the whole time.the room hsd not telephone . The room was located in a deserted place at the very end of the corridor of my floor and it was nightly inconvenience t too have to keep working downstairs every time I had a query. The room smelt very strongly of old coffee. The floor wasn’t hoovered properly and I did see a few toenails on the floor. One side of the bed also seemed damp from the cold. The cook was not very hygienic did not were gloves preparing my meal. I could see her from where I was sat in the dining area touching everything on the plate and putting her hands in the food and dessert while preparing instead of using utensils . This was very off putting for me and I couldn’t eat it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here over the weekend. Staff were very friendly, my children loved the attention they received whenever we saw a staff member. Breakfast was delicious and so much to choose from, we loved every minute and will definitely be back.

Great hotel, amazing staff. Always consistent. I have stayed here on many occasions and always find the hotel to be just what we need. Lovely little bar to have a couple of drinks with visiting family and friends.

Hotel perfect for short stay good clean room with good facilities and comfortable bed good value for what we used it for only gripe was having to pay for early check in £10 although we were allowed to leave our bags in office in the reception while we went out to look around the place

上週末第一次住在這裡。一個可愛乾淨的酒店。臥室很寬敞，食物很棒，工作人員很熱情。肯定會再次使用這家酒店，因為它離一切都很近，是我住過的最好的高級旅館。

如此可愛的員工為我們竭盡全力。當我媽媽按下淋浴間的呼叫按鈕時，每個女士早上第一件事就是跑到接待員和服務員那裡。房間非常乾淨和舒適。可愛的住宿 A+
