佛羅里達奧蘭多市區希爾頓花園飯店(Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Downtown)

Nickel and dime racket. There is no parking available for a full priced hotel. I would think Hilton, a multi-million dollar brand would invest in providing parking to their customers. There is nothing luxurious about $32 a night valet parking — it is an inconvenience. Upon arrival I was told that breakfast was available in the morning on the second floor. The elevator wouldn’t even go to the second floor and when I went to the lobby there was breakfast but at the cost of $18 to start and extra fees to add on premiums. Bagels are premiums in America. They are imported. So posh. My car ended up getting towed when I parked in an adjacent public parking lot. I followed the instructions: paid the parking and printed and displayed on my dashboard Yet it was towed and I have to $150 to get it back. I’m sure Hilton and this lot are collaborating on shill business practices. I see why the stars were low and I’ll be sending them lower.

Unpleasant stay, when I did the check in I asked to get a late checkout and they said they had plenty of availability and to come the next morning to pay for it, the next morning a random hotel worker entered our room without knocking and when I went downstairs to do the late checkout they said they had no availability because the hotel was fully booked. In our room the toilet paper was more than half way used so we called the front desk for more… they never arrived

Very good stay, clean and friendly! Parking is valet only at 34$/night with tax but the valet are great also. I would recommend. Rooftop pool is clean and not too crowded. Lots of fun stuff within walking distance including Amway arena and Chruch Street. Would stay again!

I would have given this 5 stars if it weren't for the valet service. Let me be clear, the valet staff were very helpful and kind, but, through no fault of theirs, the thought process for valet parking at this location was not thought out very well. To wait for 20 minutes for my car when there was only 1 person in front of me (and it was pretty clear they had been waiting awhile as well) was slightly annoying at best. Good thing I didn't have to catch a flight because it would have been missed. Everything and everyone at this location was spot on otherwise.

No internet, breakfast was overcooked (again), reserved a king and was given a two queen room. Informed the front desk at check out and didn’t apologize.

Staff was excellent and hotel was clean; however bathroom privacy with sliding door was inconvenient and bed was very hard. Bar also closed at 10pm the night of a very popular concert and guests piled in only to be turned away.

By no means should this hotel be putting guests in any 7th floor rooms that are directly under the jackhammering of the pool. We were jarred awake in the morning and endured an anxiety inducing amount of noise until we could get out. I have truly never endured such horrible accommodations as this. It is simply unacceptable to subject your guests to such horrific conditions.
